Went for my sons 21st and honestly cannot fault it. The food was incredible. The manager and his staff could not do enough for us. Will definitely be back. Thank you

I’m giving it 5 stars purely cause the staff were great apart from the girl who was saying about how some customers 3 in total could go f*** there selfs purely cause they’d asked for mayonnaise I complained to the manager he moved us down stairs which was fine problem solved said waitress then came down stairs asked if everything was ok I replied fine love thank you she then went to the corner where another waitress was stood proceeded to slag me and my partner off to the young girl who was stood there not very quietly so was clearly intended for us to hear what she was saying with that I asked for the manager again as said waitress wanted to argue with me about it manager was more concerned about me letting said table know the waitress had said they can go f** there self I mean who are we to expect her to do what she’s paid for absolute joke ruined our night I got up and left not before letting said table know they could go f*** there selfs for asking for mayonnaise couldn’t finish our meals with a waitress who wanted nothing more then to argue with me about what she’d said she would of been told to stay away from us as we’d already complained and been moved because of her attitude we did not get to eat the meal so I did not pay can’t fault any of the other staff what so ever they were great hence the 5 stars been for them and the food but if you want an argument and to listen to how much canabis her an the kitchen staff are going smoke after work closes then this is the place to go !!!!!

Heathrow terminal 2 Big Smoke restaurant- fantastic atmosphere.
Busy place but we was looked after like in a 5 star restaurant.
Appreciate Vilma ( assistant manager)and Cliant for super service. Been seated shortly after queuing up at the doors; menus presented immediately and order of drinks taken by Vilma, who seemed very friendly, made my kids feel extra comfortable.Her friendly smile and experience in this work is Big credit to this company.
I wish there would be more people like her- with passion for her job.
Everything else went so smooth that we even didn't notice how few hours passed by and we had to go for our flight.
But the guys who was looking after us we will never forget.
I cannot recommend this place enough.
Good food, amazing atmosphere and fantastic people work here!

Terrible terrible terrible insult to Yorkshire this Sunday dinner. Frozen Yorkshire puddings, 3 specs of chicken, hard veg, 25 potatoe wedges drowned in chip shop gravy

Very disappointed from the moment we set foot ...too much to txt will not go again or recommend .

We went to this place 14/11/21 family long awaited get together . 7 people . We could not eat the steak , the veg was not good,the steak was very tough, took it home for the dogs. The meals were not good , very expensive, no problem if the food is good , it was not , very disappointed 😩

So very disappointed with our visit (5.9.2021) The service was terrible I don’t blame the waiting staff they need so much more training. We had to wait 40 minutes for our drink order and over 1 hour before our starters arrived, The food was very greasy and most of it was left due to the grease. Again awaiting a long time before our mains arrived. After such lengthy waits all the enjoyment went. We had to ask 5 times for our bill and was sat waiting 30 minutes before it was eventually brought over… it doesn’t end here. We are a family of 7 and 5 were so ill with sickness and stomach pains in the early hours of the morning which we suspect was food poisoning. Avoid this place its really not worth the visit

Will never visit this place again, food was tasteless and cold, total rip off, the skin on fries or skinny fries what ever they want to call them were so spicy we couldn't eat them but it never said spicy in the description, what a waste of £40

We have looked forward to our booking for 4 weeks and it was so disappointing ! My friends chicken was very dry (think it was from frozen and over cooked) they took it away, didn’t replace it or refund it. Our burgers very overcooked. Ordered pudding to find the cheesecake frozen still and the cookies dry! Such a shame as first meal out in a long time not cheap either. ! Not an enjoyable experience at all.

Visited big smoke on 11th May, sorry to say I was very disappointed, my butterfly chicken was so overcooked and dry ,mushroom was like rubber and green beans were raw and tasteless ,my partner had sirloin steak and said it was nice , chips and onion rings were tasty staff were really nice but overall not good for our first visit ,might go again though to see if it is any better second time round , marie

Great flavours and all the hard work’s been done for me! Easy to order and arrived well protected and on time.

Amazing food, as good as being in a restaurant, and easy to prepare with very clear instructions. The pig candy, hot links (like chorizo sausages) and slaw are especially amazing, and I don't even like slaw usually!

Recommended by a friend, so gave these guys a go this week. Ordered the Beef Short Rib, Mac and Cheese and a Slaw. Information from placing order to delivery was efficient and accurate. Order arrived yesterday on time. Food was well packed and in a cooler box for freshness. I have-not tried the Mac and Cheese yet but can report that the Beef was exceptional, full of flavour and melt in the mouth. Slaw was fresh and crisp with the just the right amount of acid bit, perfectly complimenting the beef. Looking forward to placing another order with them soon. Highly recommend anyone to give them a go. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing food. Generous portions. Easy to follow instructions for finishing at home. The hot links, and pulled pork are a personal favs. Great for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner.

Plenty of beef short rib left over to make a chilli the next day. Pulled pork and pig candy a winner with the kids. Tastiest Mac n cheese and slaw.
