Was sent an email saying was back in stock at sale price, ordered.
A day or 2 later recieved a merchant refund, when asked why your response was your computer sent notice out before you could raise price from original sale price.

Hello, we apologize for the back in stock email that went out by mistake when we were updating our prices. The price increase was due to a manufacturer contract which we are legally required to follow. That being said, we did reach out to honor the original price but we never heard back from you.

I ordered a few Jade tips
I ordered a few Jade tips. Had them sent usps. They were here in 5 days so not bad but usps wouldn't deliver them to my house. So I contacted the Billard Bay company left a message and within couple hrs they contacted me back.. They went out of their way to send them 2 days UPS on their dime.. Great ppl and will Definitely be buying and doing my business with a stand up company!

Tangent line and pro english tools were all I hoped for and they got here QUICKLY! thanks a bunch. I took the tools over to my cousin's house (where the pool table is)......and away we went; including one who didn't want to participate, but the Tangent Line tool hooked her!
