Purchased a jersey for my Pastor

Purchased a jersey for my Pastor. When I received it, I was really impressed with the quality of the jersey and the work that went into it. I was so excited to present him with it. He loved it as well. I shared the site with all the church members and encouraged them to go to the site, browse and the purchase something. I will definitely order from there again.

My brother jacket was to small

My brother jacket was to small and I order a 3x thinking it would fit him. You should let people know that they should consider size because the jackets are made small. I need to know if it is possible to get a bigger jacket and return his.

It took almost a month to arrive

It took almost a month to arrive, and when it did, the packaging was not appropriate for a hat. I haven't worn the hat because it was completely flattened and bent up by the packaging; I expect my hats to arrive in a box, to maintain it's shape.

You’re absolutely right; the current packaging for our caps doesn’t always provide the best protection during shipping, and we’ve been actively looking into better options. Unfortunately, shipping hats in boxes significantly increases the cost (sometimes higher than the hat itself), but we know presentation and quality matter just as much as the design.

I May Try Them Again, I Don't Know

Cheap materials for a baseball cap were used and the measurements of the cap bills were smaller than normal. Also, they were shipped flattened to the point where the original shape couldn't be restored.

The issue with caps getting flattened during shipping is something I’m working to improve — I’ve looked into shipping them in boxes, but the carrier cost is still extremely high. Most caps usually regain their shape after a few wears, but if yours didn’t, please check your email — I’m ready to help and find the best solution for you.

The quality of the pants and top were terrible.

The quality of the pants and top were not as good as advertised. I was sent pants that look like pajamas and not like in the picture. The size of the pants were not even matching what I ordered. I spoke to someone only through email who gave me a reason for this and stated I would get the right order but I never received it. So I was stuck with an order and I bought two thinking my first order was wrong and never received a response on fixing that as well. So I paid for two of the same thing and got the same result for both orders. I have the same review for both orders!!!

Problem is got handled!

Took a little while, but Thomas the CEO of the company said he would take care of my issues with too small jerseys. Out of the blue I received replacement jerseys for the originals. My only complaint would be that the communication needs to be better. Thank you Thomas, love the jerseys!

I was initially unsatisfied with the quality of the material of my second order. It was noticeable different from the material of my first order. I reached out to the company with my concerns. They told me that they had changed the material but, they were willing to resend me my items with the original material at no cost to me.
