I have been tring to get the order I placed on the 27th August now for 3 weeks. This was dispatched via Royal Mail who said delivery would be on the 29th.. No delivery arrived. Then I keep getting notfications. I contacted the Body Shop who tell me once the Royal Mail have this it is out of thier hands. Well my cash is in their hands and I am still waiting for my order. The customer service blamed my mailing selection.Royal Mail tell me it's in the Royal Mail lockers near my home yet I have no code to access the order. Trying to speak with someone at the Royal Mail is none exsistant. Speaking with a Body Shop advisor Jesus, while I am on the phone I can hear another customers order, I have a recorded phone transcript where the other call I can hear talks about someone being in Hospital. I am beyond disappointed as I love Body Shop Body Butter. This episode has left me feeling disgusted in their customer service I'm fairly sure Dame Anita would be embarrased by this.

Brought several products today after shopping elsewhere for a good while. Used them and thought wow these are absolutely terrible looked online to see they have reformulated. Way to ruin good products!!!!! Far inferior and for the now mediocre results way overpriced. I’ve brought better £2 shower gels. Now tried all of the products I brought and could have brought the equivalent and better actually for a good £50 less. Truly terrible. Won’t be purchasing again.

I have been a loyal customer since the shop opened, buying all my toiletries and make up. I am also a hairstylist, I recommend the products to my clients.
I placed an online order and at the checkout there was a push to spend more to get a free gift. I bought more, only to have them cancel the free gift after receiving my order!
I will no longer be buying from you

7 days after placing a £72 order online I am still waiting for a £56 refund for products that were not out of stock. They're still not out of stock, according to their website.
Customer service is non exisistent.
This can't be legal.

Blev orolig över min beställning efter att ha läst alla recensioner här. Paketet kom till min dotters stora glädje, bara 2 dagar sent men det är ju sånt som händer med posthantering. Dottern är supernöjd med sin julkalender.

I like their tea tree oil and face fash. It's giving me 100% results. My skin is getting better.

Review:
I had a terrible experience using The Body Shop's Edelweiss Liquid Peel, which claims to gently exfoliate and lift away pollutants for a fresh-faced glow. Unfortunately, it completely spoiled my skin after just one night of use.

Before purchasing, I performed a patch test on the back of my ear and hand as advised, and the sales representative assured me it was a safe and impressive product. However, despite these precautions, my skin reacted severely, leaving me extremely disappointed, especially since the brand markets itself as a natural and organic company.

This experience has made me lose trust in The Body Shop’s products, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone without extreme caution. I expected better quality and transparency from a brand of this reputation. I have my pictures of the damaged caused to my skin and suffered for more than 2 weeks now I bought this product on the 6 th of Dec 2024 and returned to the shop the very next day .

Snabb leverans! Kul att Bodyshop är tillbaka!

Köpte en julklapp till min fru men hon gillade inte den. Såklart så glömde jag ta kvittot. De tvärnekar att göra en retur på varan med transaktionskvitto från banken. Tycker det är dåligt då de förlorar en kund för att spara 200 kr. Alla andra butiker accepterar kontoutdrag från banken.

They have inaccurate FAQs. If you apply a promotion it will say it worked even if they don't. There promotions have hidden terms and conditions. There customer service don't listen to reason and just parrot there point. They also failed to accept there failures. Or even acknowledge them.

Nä, nu räcker det. Jag har varit kund i över 20 år och har varit nöjdare än nöjdast fram tills för några år sedan. Kvaliten har störtdykt(ingen gång har "ny formula" inneburit en förbättring), priserna har höjts rejält och sedan denna ständiga vänsteraktivism! Den får verkligen bägaren att rinna över. Inget mer The body shop här!

These products I tried I couldn’t explain in detail enough
Olive I didn’t like as much as the fruity scents
Coconut I don’t think is any good & I don’t rate it much
Hemp I have tried a lot & I don’t get much from it apart from it’s a great oil for my skin I would rate it higher than olive & coconut

Lång leveranstid. Beställde saker för 800 kr 16/12 som skulle vara julklappar men de har inte kommit fram ännu, 25:e december. Blev tyvärr inga julklappar från body shop i år som tänkt

Har varit nöjd med alla mina beställningar. Underbara produkter har dem!

Deras retursystem fungerar inte. Returnerade en vara till deras adress i Götgatan i Stockholm, enligt information från hemsidan. Men de struntar i att hämta ut returer från postens hämtställe. Jag har kvitto och bekräftelse på att paketet kommit fram, men när jag ringer och mejlar till the body shop i Stockholm så fattar de fortfarande inte att det är deras sak att kvittera ut sina paket. Människan där tycker att det är jag som ska resa till Stockholm och kvittra ut deras post. Hon verkar ha mycket svårt för att förstå. Nu frågar Klarna varför tBS inte har registrerat varan som returnerad. Nej, de har kommit på att det är ett bra sätt att slippa returer; bara skita i att hämta ut sin post. Fy!
