I had ordered the trident (trishul) necklace last Oct 2025 for gifting. Received it after a month and as other customers have said Ishani Sarkar had stopped responding. However, the product was beautiful and my friend loved it. So I ordered again just 6 days ago for another friend. Received the product along with another chain i had order for myself. This time came quickly, but I was shocked to see the quality - The size was much smaller, light weight and worse was the chain was like a choker with too sharp points(trishul). It is more like a weapon that will easily pierce through the neck. Even the other chain was not worth the price at all and looked cheap. I requested Ishani on whatsapp and email to pick up return and refund. She said she will send a longer chain and that they dont accept returns. Their website clearly states a 7 day return policy. This is a clear violation and absolutely a scam. I wouldn't have bought from this place had it clearly said a no return policy. I have raised a grievance at the National Consumer Helpline (Call the number 1915). They will raise a docket number and then you can upload all the proofs. Lets see what happens.

SHe took money from me and did not deliver my order. It has been two months but I am not able to reach her anywhere

This WOMEN ISHANI SARKAR IS LOCATED IN KOLKATA OWNER OF SO CALLED THE BOHEMIAN STORE. SHE CALL HERSELF AN ARTIST BUT SHE IS ACTUALLY A FRAUDSTER, AND A THEIF.

SHE TOOK ADVANCE MONEY FROM ME (SCREENSHOT ATTACHED) AND ITS BEEN MORE THAN 20 DAYS, NO UPDATE ON THE ORDER, NO RESPONSE ON WATSAPP, INSTAGRAM AND NOT EVEN ANDWERING MY CALLS. I HAVE BEEN POLITELY ASKING HER TO RETURN MY MONEY BUT SHE IS JUST IGNORING MY MESSAGES AFTER READING THEM.

FINALLY SHE LEFT ME WITH NO CHOICE BUT YO MAKE A OFFICIAL COMPLAINT AGAINST HER. ATTACHED IS THE SCREENSHOT OF THE CRIME REPORTED.

THIS IS JUST NOT ABOUT MY MONEY BUT IT IS ABOUT THE PEOPLE WHO WE TRUST AND GIVE THEM ADVANCE MONEY. SUCH PEOPLE IS DEFINITELY NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

I WANT TO REQUEST PEOPLE THAT DONT TRUST SUCH FRAUDSTER WHO CALL THEMSELVES AS ARTIST.

I HOPE I GET MY MONEY. AND PLEASE BE AWARE OF SUCH FRAUDSTER AND DONT GET TRAPPED.

Please don't ever order from this site. The GIRL who runs is such a bitter, unprofessional human i have ever met in my life. She sent my order after one month order only after i commented on her personal account. You can keep on posting comments on the page she will not reply. When I commented on her personal account she responded me that I have shipped the package now please remove the comment. And when I got the parcel all in bad quality... Bad material... This woman will not last long. Complete fraud and very very arrogant bitter human.dont spend your money on such people

Horrible Horrible service! This business shouldn’t be allowed on any platform. No response, no follow up once payment is made. This business has to shut down. For everyone paid through credit card please claim a charge back through bank.

I placed an order with The Bohemian Store on 22nd September 2025, made full payment, and have received absolutely no update or product to date. All my follow-ups via email, Instagram, and text messages have gone unanswered. After checking their social media, I found that many others are facing the same issue — paid orders, no deliveries, and complete silence from the seller. This is clearly a fraudulent operation misleading genuine customers.

To everyone who has been cheated in a similar way, please don’t stay silent — raise a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in) and report the business to the Cyber Crime department (cybercrime.gov.in). The more complaints we file, the sooner strict action can be taken to stop such scams.

Had placed an order on 26th September 2025, till date awaiting for the order. Calling, msging, emails all gone to deaf ears. No one is bothered to reply back. In today's world we expect a delivery maximum in a week's time, but here it's almost a month. Plz don't waste your money or buy anything from them, there are many more options elsewhere who are genuine and bother to respond.

I have placed an order with the bohemianstore .in on the 26th September 2025 worth 6000 and i havent received my order as of yet .Its been 3 weeks already Calling and messaging doesnt help as they do not respond .
I generally read the reviews before buying from anything from an online store ,this is the first time i did not check ,had i checked earlier i would not have ordered any thing ,now my 6 k seems to be gone .They do not even have the decency to reply to my messages .
Avoid buying from them peoples .

Poor Experience of Ordering a Dreamcatcher.

1. Terrible policy of non cancellation of product.
After I ordered and realised the ignoring nature of the owner, I felt that my money is gone. With God's grace, I got some return of my money.
2. delivery charge ₹60 for even product of ₹950
3. customer care chatbox fake.
4. Messaging on Owner number is mostly waste of time as u don't get reply.
When I asked her to treat me as her costomer and reply, she said she has other works too. The customer through which your business scale, u say to them that u are busy🙂
5. The photo showed dense feathers, but the actual product has less dense feature.
6. The delivery take a lot of time, around 24 days for my product, including the time taken by delivery agency.
7. Told them to add a card with it, she told ok but didn't do it.

Overall, it was a mistake to have faith on such website. Above all the issues, the mental stress is common throughout the process.

I ordered products from their website. Received a wrong item and they have the audacity to completely ghost me after mailing and messaging them on all socials.
Trust me, do not buy from this brand. There is zero guarantee that they'll deliver what they are claiming on their website. Also, the quality is not that great tbh.

I got my order after 40 days
Items are beautiful but different from what I ordered
Delivery time is very long
The responses are not given by the owner
I guess they have lack of labour and resources, the quality of the products I received was good but I guess they have challenges in making items on time, which is causing frustration to the customers

I am also facing the same issue, she has taken money and is now not responding in fact when I asked her status of my order she laughed and mocked me and said mean things and since that day she restricted me on Instagram and stopped responding. I will file a cyber fraud complaint against them for sure. I have screenshots where is is saying the is scamming people since 9 years and there is nothing we can do to stop her. I have all the proofs

Outright scamming! non-delivery of prepaid orders with no customer support system in place. Nonchalantly ignoring calls/message requests to track order. The owner is a big time liar and simply ghosts customers after taking their money. Months of follow-ups to no avail and she'll happily ignore you and keep posting stories on Instagram. Be wise and Choose other brands.

Terrible and an entire scam. I ordered products amounting to 1897 INR. THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND VANISHED. YOU CANNOT CONTACT THEM OR TRACK Your order. They simply vanish. They should be reported to cybercrime and consumer forum. There is no way to.cantact them and they simply rob u of your money. Worst cheaters.

If negative reviews are possible, i would love to give that. I ordered a dreamcatcher for my wall and intimated the same on Instagram handle. After continuous follow-up and reminder, I received the parcel after 1 month. Once i opened i realised, they changed the colour of the product and made it in very weired colour combos. with cheap flowers pasted on them. It was not looking worth of 3600 at all. But when i approached that colours have been changed, she said " It is same as image" and post that i am trying to connect over calls, messages, insta , comments but no response. They are scammers. WORST Experience of making online purchase.

But they took my money and no sort of updates or anything regarding delivery
