Very prompt service came out quickly to our breakdown. Immediately solved the problem, got parts very quickly and back out when they said. I would highly recommend them.

Oliver from "the boiler link" changed the boilers in 2 of my rented properties. Great service, very efficient, clean and professional. Communication was great too and I will definitely use "the boiler link" again. The price charged was also very competitive.

Our old (17 year old) boiler broke down so no hot water, Oliver came to investigate did a few repairs, we were already thinking about a new boiler so asked Oliver for a quote. Oliver gave us a quote and said he could fit it the next day. I have always been weary about companies that can fit you in straight away but how wrong was I, an absolute fantastic team / job has been done. The lads turned up did all the work, kept things neat and tidy cleaned up after themselves didn't really know they had been. With a new boiler fitted we had a leak on a radiator valve that was also sorted without any delay.
An absolute top job by a top team and will definitely recommend to friends if they have any problems with boilers in the future.

Good service, Came out and serviced our boiler as promised, Would recommend.

First class service from start to finish, Tom the engineer looked after us and explained how everything works and nothing was too much trouble. And to top it off a great price as well

Required our condenser boiler to be serviced at a commercial site along with a few other jobs to be quoted. Quick to respond, fast and tidy without any issues.

We have used the Boiler Link for over 2 years now. Initially Oliver and the team serviced an old boiler. What impressed me the most, was that the team from Boiler Link took the time to explain our options.

We continued with the existing boiler for a year and then decided to have a new boiler installed. Once again Oliver took the time to fully understand our options. Oliver takes a more consultative approach and asks lots of questions, which means that you are able to choose the boiler and heating system which is appropriate to your requirements.

Replaced my old outdated boiler. Very pleasant engineer helpful and friendly.

They come in my house and they give me a quote! I was agree! Next day come another guy to start the job . They want to put all my pipes outside the walls ! This guy spent half hour working half hour smoking ! They didnt clean the housr after them ! They didn’t put any carpet protector .
The job was to change all the old sistem with another new (new boiler , new pipes) ! At the rnd of the job i show them that in my house i havr pipes they use (my old pipes)
They promise to put isolation on my pipes to not make sounds ) they didnt put ! They charge me with 300 £ just because i didnt want to come with pipes stright from floor to radiators! Because ive move the boiler position they supposed to movr the gas pipes and they pass with the pipes under my kitchen door! This wasnt very safe for my kids because they can pass straight to the pipe! If somebody want to work with them please be aware what they can do in your house ! They ask gir a lot of money and they want to finish the job as quickly they can ! If they didn’t recognise maibe they dont forget that i have cameras! Thanks

What can I say, I am so pleased with the service from the team at The Boiler Link, from beginning to end The Boiler link has helped me loads, my boiler broke down in the morning and it was fixed in the evening, on top of this, they were competitive on price and very attentive throughout. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Had a boiler leak and put an article on my builder and straight away i got a reply and offered to come take a look at short notice.
Explained everything and carried out the work as stated and fixed our problem.
Also was very helpful explaining the boiler cover that we have now taken with this company and carried out are annual boiler service at the same time as fixing our problem.
Very happy with this service and would definitely recommend this company.

The fan on my elderly mum’s boiler broke. Oliver was exceptional, efficient and made certain the job was done the same day. My mum is very ill with cancer so this was a real emergency and Oliver was brilliant and made the job very easy.
