The perfect style upgradeI love the Ultra 3's tech, but wanted something less "nerdy" and more sophisticated. This strap nailed it. Outstanding solid materials, great color accents, and a massive boost in style. I will definitely be buying more to start a collection!

Strap arrived as ordered, upon arrival I decided that the strap wasn’t to my liking in the flesh. Contacted Bridge to return the strap. They make you jump through a lot of hoops to return the product. It’s now 4 working days and they’ve stopped replying to emails, so I don’t seem to be able to return or replace the strap. Also their email servers seem to send your emails to spam after a while. I’d be very cautious buying anything from this company.

Really happy with this green strap from The Bridge. Quality feels premium the second you take it out of the box, the color looks sharp, and it dresses up the watch without trying too hard. Shipped fast and arrived ready to wear. I’ll definitely buy anothEr

I would not recommend ordering from The Bridge Watches based on my experience.

I have an Apple Watch Series 11 42mm. The Bridge’s website specifically instructs customers to use the case size engraved on the back of their Apple Watch to select a strap. Their sizing guide groups 42mm with 44mm/45mm/49mm, so I followed their instructions and ordered that size.

Unfortunately, that sizing information is incorrect for the Series 11. Its 42mm model uses the smaller band connector, and the straps I ordered based on The Bridge’s guide are physically too large for my watch.

I contacted the company immediately. They acknowledged the confusion with their sizing information and agreed that I could return the order, but they refused to provide a prepaid return label. Their position is that I must pay the international return shipping charges to the UK myself.

I completely understand customers paying return shipping when they change their mind or order the wrong item. That isn’t what happened here. I ordered the size their own website explicitly instructed me to order. Requiring a customer to then pay international shipping to correct a purchase caused by inaccurate information on the company’s website is not a reasonable resolution.

I gave them the opportunity to resolve the issue before posting this review, including asking that it be escalated for review. Unfortunately, my experience with how they handled their own sizing error.

The strap I order was very, very poor quality. Clearly made in China and badly at that. I emailed the company for a refund. They emailed me back basically questioning my ability to use a link removal tool. That wasn’t the issue. It was their subpar link pins. I’m currently trying to get a refund. Now that I’ve emailed stating this customer service has gone very quiet. Not the level of service I’d expect.

So this is an update to a review I posted a while ago. Initially I ordered the Goodwood strap for my Ultra, got the despatched confirmation email and then given the run around saying it was out of stock so ended up getting a strap I didn’t really want - was very disappointed so my review reflected that.

Next up was an email from Sarah in the support team offering to sort the issue for me so I’m now the proud owner of the strap I wanted in the colour I wanted.

Customer service couldn’t be better - and I’ve gone from a disappointed customer to one that will come back again !

So thank you - very happy with the strap and the service has gone above and beyond !

I love my Apple Ultra Watch but the rubber band it came with is a bit clunky. Recently I purchased an Aurelias Strap in navy with silver hardware. The rubber is more flexible, the texture design is refined, the silver hardware complements the watch perfectly! So don't put up with the original. If you want a sporty band with a bit of style then get yourself an Aurelias!

This is my second Bridge band. I’ve had the orange one for about 6 months and now I’ve purchased the blue one. Great quality!

I’ve ordered 3 watch bands from The Bridge. Great looks for an Apple Watch. Recently one of my bands did fit the watch properly. Contacted customer service, sent a video clip, and they sent me a replacement band of my own choosing. Our cousins in the UK are knocking it out of the park! Thank you!

In a marketplace filled with cheap junk, The Bridge stands out with a selection of tasteful, quality bands at a reasonable price. Solid buying experience, fast shipping from the UK to Canada. Model purchased is The Helm in Navy with White stitching for the Apple Watch Ultra.

It was a very easy process to order a watch strap . I took delivery less than 2 days later which I am delighted with together with the packaging. If purchasing as a gift … Perfect !
