Ordered some brownies for a friend’s birthday
Ordered some brownies for a friends 40th and she said they were amazing! Had to ring to check the delivery would get there in time and Amanda couldn’t have been more helpful and she ensured the brownies left in time. Would definitely use again 😊

Expensive shipping makes it not worth it.
The product is good but a hugely expensive shipment on this - and the Dpd guy didn’t find the house so I had to go and find him. Not much Brownie for the cost and the sea salted flavour is too sweet for me though my husband liked it.

I use a courier for the next-day service and reliability that it offers, and I actually partially subsidise the costs to make it as economical as possible. This is perhaps less noticeable on the 1/4 Brownie Slab, which is more usually given as a gift. I am very disappointed to hear that you didn't have a good experience, especially as I wrote your detailed address instructions by hand for the DPD courier. The Sea-Salted Caramel flavour is very popular so it's a blow to hear you thought it was too sweet for your taste, but I'm glad your husband enjoyed it. Perhaps if you're ever in the Stamford area you might like to try a different flavour - we offer special collected prices! Many thanks, Amanda
