Such an amazing company - their jewellery is stunning

Ordered 2 necklaces well in advance for a friend's birthday present and never received them. The tracking system is shocking. I told customer service that it had been well over a month (35 days) since I placed my order, to be told it's still in transit. In the end, I had to ask for a refund, they didn't even offer.

I gave two stars because customer service were quick to respond.
