Nice toys for my dog

The build quality is better than expected. The padding is thick, the fabric is soft, and my pet sleeps more peacefully now.

As they should be able to confirm, I received the toy, and within one hour, it was torn to pieces by my dog, which weighs about 50 pounds. I sent them pictures on how he torned the toy to pieces. This was very disappointing. Their marketing strategy is to make customers believe that there is little chance the dog will tear the toy to pieces by offering to replace it if that were to happen. However, they know for a fact that the toy can be easily torn to pieces, but they shield themselves by selling it for $50.00 and limiting the replacements to one. So, they are essentially selling two ducks for $50.00, which gives them plenty of room to make a profit. They should not get away with that. Even though I showed them the pictures of how the dog tore the toy to pieces, they did not even acknowledge my complaint and did not follow through on their pledge to replace it. So in this instance, they made a much bigger profit. They are scamming people.
