Fantastic job done by Graham and his team of techs, re- advised on brake job that needed doing. Initially in for what i suspected was a caliper, let me see what they were looking at with the car on the lift, and diagnosed discs and pads that were wayyyy beyond their life expectancy. Stock caliper was working perfectly. Changed discs and pads and the car's nice and quiet again. Grateful they didn't just do the caliper and see me again for more money when it wouldn't have solved the problem.

چند ماه پیش از این شرکت خودرو خریدم. بعد از تحویل متوجه شدم یک قطعه شکسته است. اول گفتند بررسی می‌کنیم، بعد دیگر جواب تماس‌هایم را ندادند. وقتی از ساندرلند به منچستر رفتم، خیلی راحت گفتند شاید خودت شکستی و باید هزینه بدهی!
من هزینه را خودم می‌دهم، اما این رفتار بعد از فروش واقعاً ناامیدکننده است. اگر از اینجا خرید می‌کنید، حتماً همه چیز را دقیق چک کنید، چون بعد از فروش پاسخگویی ضعیف است.
I bought a car from this company a few months ago. After delivery, I found a broken part. At first, they said they would check it, then they stopped answering my calls.

When I traveled from Sunderland to Manchester, they simply said I might have broken it myself and asked me to pay for it.

I cannot fault The Car Co. Zubair was professional, full of knowledge and an absolute legend. I bought an Audi A3 Sportback S Line.

I live in Kent so could not see the car. Zubair sent me videos, talked me through everything and no question was too stupid! A brilliant buying experience, excellent customer service. The guys drove it down to me and walked me through everything and again very polite and kind.

I had very bad experience with you guys for my car service. I did booking for car service 20 days before.
Today I had a booking at 10:00am for car service when i arrived they told me to wait 3 hours that we have 5 6 customers before after that your turn came.
I said to give me any other date they was like no we are very busy we don’t have any other date.
Last month I had my MOT when i came they told me same thing we are very busy and latest date was 12 days after MOT expired.So i did my MOT on my own.
Today same thing happen if i have booking you should have to do mine not after 5 6 cars.
Why you give service plans to your customers if you guys are that much busy.
I will not come here again or not recommend as well
