We were greeted in the shop and well looked after. We did not feel that we were any trouble. We were looked after by William. He explained how the mattresses were made and listened to what we felt we needed. Today our mattress was delivered. Great service and advice. I fully recommend this friendly, family company

The service was excellent from start to finish, with speedy delivery and a very professional team. They also took away our old bed and mattress, which made the whole process hassle-free.

There was a great range of products to choose from, and we found exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price. We were also able to take home a sample swatch, which was incredibly helpful in making sure the colour and fabric matched our room perfectly before making a decision.

A special mention to William, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to answer our questions and provide guidance without ever being pushy or overbearing, which we really appreciated.

William greeted us at the Guiseley showroom. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy. He helped us narrow our choice to the right bed for us. Not overwhelmed, made the experience enjoyable and happy to purchase with him. Beautiful Yorkshire beds!
The delivery was the following week. William and his sons delivered as promised and assembled on our top floor! Recommend using this family business! Excellent and personable.

The sales assistant listened to our requirements and then helped us to evaluate the wide range of beds in their showroom. Step by step we narrowed the selection down to our final choice. She then boldly suggested that we recheck the final three, just to ensure our choice remained consistent.
Completing the process was straight forward. Delivery, removal of our old bed, all went to plan. An excellent experience.

We needed to replace two of our beds which needed to be delivered to our new house.
Aimee was very attentive and showed us around the vast showroom. We tried a number of beds out to compare the different mattress comforts which we've never done before. The order was placed and timescales confirmed. Everything went according to the plan. The bed and mattress are perfect and William and his team did a great job in delivering and setting up. Our new divan base and mattress arrived in stock today (order time as predicted) and was delivered the same day. Expert advice from Vicky in the Burley showroom. No fuss installation by William and his team. Highly recommended if you are in the market for a traditional locally made product rather than a 'bed in a box'.

I am very happy with the expertise Aimee provided when I visited the Carriage looking for a new mattress . Great service and William called around a week earlier than expected to make the delivery . It was a narrow staircase and they managed really well . We are having brilliant sleeps on the Heritage mattress, Clifton range . We have definitely got improved sleep quality .

Visited the showroom at Burley in Wharfedale to find a new mattress. My parents have previously bought from this company and were highly satisfied with the quality of product and service provided which prompted us to look here. We spoke to Aimee who was extremely helpful, taking time to explain the benefits of the different mattresses on offer. Having checked out several mattresses we decided to buy. The whole process was simple and a quick delivery date was selected. Delivery was excellent and timely. Our old mattress was taken for recycling as agreed.
