I bought what I thought was a good offer from Viking Direct for Cheeky Panda toilet rolls (48 pack), but was shocked when I opened them. The rolls are about half the size of normal ones.
I didn’t realise these were only 200 sheets per roll – I’ve always known Cheeky Panda to be around 380 sheets. This feels really misleading and honestly a complete waste of money. The most expensive toilet rolls flushed down the loo in a short space of time.
For what I paid, the value is terrible, so expensive for what it is. The paper has a lot of fibre that sheds a lot when wet. The quality has gone down.

Love these loo rolls as are very soft and strong. Personally would buy the undyed ones but obviously less people like these and the extra expense is a bit tricky at the moment.

I was happy with the toilet rolls, they’re really long lasting and more than match any recycled paper rolls that I’d tried before. It felt great that no trees were felled in the production. I then tried the kitchen rolls and again, they’re even better than the recycled paper ones I’d been buying. I decided to go with a subscription and save some money. The customer service is great, really helpful, friendly and responsive. They sort out any problems or questions really quickly. It took me a while to get used to the website and I messed up my orders a bit, though I got help straight away. It’s actually really flexible and, once used to it, you can change your order, add or skip items, bring your order forward if you’re running out. Quite chuffed.

The toilet roll are great, good quality as ever. The delivery was really quick. Unfortunately the delivery driver (despite me being home and buzzing them into the building) left them downstairs. I'd recently had surgery and couldn't get down to carry them back up so I had to rely on the kindness of my neighbours and then friends to get them into my flat . Not great service.

Had an issue with my cheeky panda toilet paper order through amazon. While cheeky panda couldn't directly help, I was impressed how quickly they responded to my email and on a Sunday also. Dorota the customer service manager was fantastic and went the extra mile for me in a complimentary way. Great company and great products.

Less than 1 star- have had no problem until this latest order due to issue with payment instead of phoning me email landed in junk! Then my order didn't come on due date sent back up card details & it's now been a battle of nearly 30 emails between Evri & China Bamboo was told by Evri they're to deliver by 14:00 then for them emailing now China wants parcel back although I've paid for said package. Yes no wonder I wanted to cancel whole order & any future orders as I'm totally frustrated with them & China bamboo want to claim payment from me for it being returned to them BAMBOO MORE LIKE BAMBOOZLED!!!!

This is brilliant company! The toilet paper is great quality, we have been using it for a while now and will continue to do so.

Love this toilet roll, lasts much longer than supermarket brands and feels lovely. Home delivery is so convenient with control over frequency and delivery dates.

The Cheeky Panda products are great however their customer service is even greater. I postponed my delivery easily online despite it being planned for next week. I then emailed the company to confirm the change and got a response from a human being straight away. Great doing business with business-like people. Would I recommend? 100%

We’ve been using The Cheeky Panda for a few years now and honestly couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning, we were impressed not only by the quality of the products but also by how affordable they are. It’s rare to find a brand that delivers both great value and great performance so consistently.

Their products are soft, strong, and reliable, and they’ve become a staple in our home.

Compared to other products we have tried they are superior. The softness isn't the same as the brands we used to use before we switched to a safer product but it is not terrible either.

Knowing that they’re made from sustainable bamboo is a huge bonus for us too — it feels good to support a company that’s genuinely trying to make a positive difference for the environment.

Over the years, the quality has remained consistently high, which says a lot about the brand. It’s a company we truly trust and are happy to continue supporting.

Great product, soft, long lasting, reasonably priced and eco conscious too 💚
The only negative I have is the courier used - Evri is rubbish and my order has been lost/delayed more than once.
I cannot fault Cheeky Panda, as they have resolved problems quickly.

I originally left a 1 star review but after correspondence from Dorota, who quickly contacted me to see what she could do, we realised that my issue was with a product nothing to do with The Cheeky Panda ie it was against a different supplier.

So rather than delete the review (it was my fault after all) I have replaced it with this 5 star review. I was so impressed with how Dorota dealt with me to see how she could help, from offering refund to replacement goods, it was refreshing to deal with someone so kind, diligent and professional. It was clear that she has total pride in the Cheeky Panda product and really wanted to get to the bottom of my issue (pun intended).

I have also accepted a kind offer of a free trial and hope to be a regular customer in the future.

On a personal level the correspondence was so sweet and it's clear on a professional level how passionate and strong the Cheeky Product is regarded by Dorota.

So apologies for my faff and diolch cymaint (Welsh for 'thanks so much')

I KNEW I could count on The Cheeky Panda to have exactly the product specifications I always have to find out about first, before I can purchase products! Yay! I have severe chemical allergies to so many products on the market; I'd about given up hope to find a reliable, unscented, harsh chemical free, made with natural resources,feminine pad...and tah dah!! The Cheeky Panda to the rescue!

I have tried them all and this is the best sustainable loo paper. Soft, strong and white enough. I can not recommend it more. Ordering direct is simple, it`s one less thing to think about, arriving when I need it and so simple to adjust delivery times to when you need it.

I’ve been buying Cheeky Panda loo rolls for a couple of years and wouldn’t go back to anything else. They are soft and super strong and I like the colour of the unbleached rolls. Can’t find a single negative to set against the Cheeky Panda and its products.

I have been happy with their products for a long time, and decided to extend my subscription, placing an order for kitchen and toilet rolls on 2 Jan. on 6 Jan, only the kitchen rolls arrived with no explanation. I emailed (useless) and asked on chat. Chat informed me they had cancelled and opened a new order - no explanation of finance. I don’t have space to store the new bulk, order of inferior product, but was told it had been dispatched….no dispatch details, so I asked them to cancel. Am still waiting for refund of £33.28 which they’ve had for advertised but out of stock product 11 days ago. Chat has sent refund note, which actually says £0 refunded, presumably it was transferred to new order they made, I don’t have it. I have an email claiming £36 for the order #231681, described by chat bot as an error, which I never made has been made - since payment of £36 was never taken, assume someone realised you can’t just help yourself to a subscription funding source & cancelled it. Have raised case with PayPal, and asked chat for proof of refund since neither my bank, nor PayPal have it. Great product, difficult website & shambolic service.

Update on the below. I need to say sorry to cheeky panda issue is with evri. The support after I initial contacted cheeky panda has been ace. I really think they would of sent a search party to help me knock on neighbours doors to locate it which we did. Evri need to offer eye care vouchers to staff.

Only 2 of my 4 parcels arrived. They sent photos of the couriers delivery clearly of a different house. To the point I've taken photos of outside my house to prove the point. The parcels that went missing claim to be delivered at 21:03 and photo is in the dark so clearly a courier in a rush and couldn't be bothered to look at house number, however Evris support on this matter has well been poo poo so fortunately the 2 parcel that arrived one was toilet paper.

I have a monthly subscription with Cheeky Panda, and I've always been happy with the quality and shipping times. I ordered again just before Christmas, and unfortunately my order got lost in transit this time.

I contacted customer service for an update, and they processed a replacement within two hours! I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Dorota for your hard work!
