Excellent service. I emailed with a query on a Saturday and an actual human replied rather than a chatbot. I’d ordered about £200 of cheese and he then emailed me again to let me know that, as it was a warm day when the cheese would be delivered and I’d ordered hard cheese I could just let him know and he’d replace it.

We got our wedding cheese tower from The Cheese Shed. Absolutely fantastic customer service and delivery despite ordering over 6 months before our wedding.
The cheese was all so lovely and went down a treat with our guests. Infact there was so much of it, me and my husband are still sitting down to eat it 3 weeks on. Still tastes great. We went for the Saltram with the added Brie layer.

The cheese itself is a fantastic selection but the company’s efforts to make sure it’s delivered properly is very poor. No consideration is given to time of year and temperatures. 1 little ice pack might be okay in the winter but in warm weather like this it’s just no good. It was sent yesterday and delivered today and all the cheese was a warm runny mess. Great if I want to eat it all right now but otherwise it’s more or less ruined. Ive bought frozen items online from Chinese supermarkets and they’ve been delivered still frozen so I’m sure it isn’t too hard to do something so it at least stays moderately cool instead of hot.

Tried to get a delivery for special occasion, chose delivery date 5 days before event. Courier was meant to deliver (so not effected by royal mail strikes) but when I spoke to depot they had no parcel and nothing turned up. Looking at the email confirmation they sent I believe that this is a common occurrence as they say "we can never give a complete guarantee of delivery" if this happens to you please write a review. In the end we went to our local deli who were so much more helpful and provided what we needed. Recommend you do same, don't waste your time on trying to get them to deliver.

We ordered the a cheese wedding cake instead of a traditional wedding cake for our wedding in September. I have to say, they were fantastic and so helpful. Nothing was a problem and communication was good. Even after we needed to change the date of our wedding. The cheese arrived on time and was delicious, our guests loved it and we are so happy that we decided to order from The Cheese Shed.

We ordered a wedding cheese tower, it was the best decision we made! We ordered a sample pack first to try some out and decided this was the cheese for us (we also tried samples from other companies). We had fun building our virtual tower on-line, at one point it was 8 storeys high. The wedding cheese arrived 3 days before the wedding, well packed and ready for construction. Our guests loved it and we will definitely order more for Christmas. I would really recommend people try samples before hand, we were surprised at the difference in quality between different companies.

Horrendous customer service, rude and unprofessional. And then the product was sub par and overly expensive. It shows that Matt is a scam artist. Well.. more like a 5 year old finger painting than an artist. He scams the police now us!

As a thank you gift from some friends living in Bovey Tracy we received a hamper box containing cider, pickles, biscuits and of course CHEESE. What a wonderful box to receive. Beautifully presented and a great selection of cheese. Loved it!

We spotted this shop driving through the village and stopped on our way home. Fabulous and knowledgeable service, the lady gave us samples to try to help us decide what to buy. Friendly and helpful and what wonderful cheeses. A bonus to learn there is an online service to order for ourselves and as gifts!

A rather belated review of a purchase in March 2021: I sent my mum a cheese gift for Mothers Day. It arrived promptly, and was apparently delicious!

197 different cheeses west of Dorset, south west of Gloucester, that's what the man said. Fabulously cheesy, polite staff but no bazooki music so slightly disappointed.

Absolutely excellent service. They have thought of everything - describing the cheese, giving history of the firm.

I sent my son and daughter in law a "Christmas Four" Hamper with some biscuits and chutney as extras, and they were thrilled to bits with both presentation and contents. "Best cheese we've ever tasted!" was the exact response over the phone!
Fabulous company to deal with, a couple of emails just to ensure correct order details and a lovely one to check I meant delivery was 6 November and not 6 December. Can't wait to order a hamper for my husband and I as a special Christmas present.

I have been buying from this shop for a number of years now. My son and his partner live in Somerset and I have found this is the absolute best way to send them gifts for special occasions or just to let them know that i love them. They just received a box of goodies today and are thrilled with the quality as usual. I always choose a combination of cheeses, biscuits, chutneys, preserves and cider and beer to go with them.
Always brilliant service. Excellent delivery and amazing products. Cannot recommend them to highly.

We purchased a selection of cheese from The Cheese Shed after trying to choose which online retailer to use for some time for a special occasion.

We were not disappointed - the range they stock is vast, it was dispatched exactly when we asked, and after a small hiccup with the courier not doing their job, we also realised the customer service is also second to none.
