Bad customer service for price of purchase
My first review was removed on here, not sure why as it was entirely accurate.
My sister bought me a ring 500€ for my birthday last year here. I tried one a size 7, too big, and then a size 6. After I tried on the size 6, I handed it back to the staff member and confirmed this is what I needed (but in another colour). I went to collect it in their other store ( bottom of Grafton st) and they gave me a size 7 and said this is what I asked for. I have never been more sure in my life that it was not. She said this is the ring and my fingers must have changed size ( in 4 weeks) she continued to roll her eyes at me stating this was the ring. I asked her for a size 6 & went back again in a few weeks when she had it. Low & behold it fit, it was the same size I had asked for yet the girl persisted to tell me my finger had changed size.( I’m a very slim person and never fluctuate in weight)
Worse retail experience I’ve ever had, and for 500€! Everytime I look at the ring now I think of that sales assistant.
