they took my money.
Weeks later when i asked about shipping it,
they said they are closing and can't refund my money, go dispute charge at my bank.

SCAMMERS…

I ordered furniture from this company and on the day the order was supposed to ship they shut down their website. I reached out to them through email. It took them a week to reply back to me, just to tell me they were unable to process a refund and for me to contact my bank. This is a true SCAMMING website. Do not purchase from them.

Horrible company. Do not order from them. Look at their Yelp reviews. They are a scam company that pays for positive reviews and periodically shuts down (and tells customers they are closing, not getting the stuff they ordered and also not getting a refund unless they dispute with their bank with takes weeks to months).

They took the money and ran

I also went on The Classy Home website to see when my purchase was shipped. The website was shut down and to email them. I received an email to dispute it with my bank or credit card company so basically they took our money knowingly they were going to close: I’m just not sure why they can’t refund our money!

No longer in business

No longer in business. Last week I called and asked why my order missed it's shipping date. I was told it would be a weeks delay and ship 10/3/2025. Only to find out today that they are no longer in business, and not refunding our purchases. We need to dispute the charge with our CC companies.

What a tragedy … The Classy Home is a Scam😩

So today i went on line to check on my order and the app stated the the store was close…,and if your order hasnt be shipped yet u wldnt be getting your product… and to email them…. I just need my refund atcthus point… to close to the holidays for the bs….sorry to all the people affected by this… this shit hurt my feelings and my pockets… pls refund me asap… ive already emailed you.

Total SCAM Company!

Placed an order for a bedroom set and paid over three thousand dollars last week. I called for a ship date, only to be notified by email that this company Closed! They will not refund my money! I have to fight it with my bank. What kind of company does this to its customers? Hopefully I can get a refund , however this should have Never happened! Total Scam Company, do yourself a favor and order from a brick and mortar store. This online company is a scam!

This store is anything but classy

This store is anything but classy! Do Not purchase anything from this company!!
They are selling high price, low quality Knock off items.
First of all, read their return policy very carefully.The ridiculous original packaging needed for return; Two way shipping charge;25% restocking fees On Top of telling you, if the items arrive broken, don’t refuse the order shows you clearly who they are from the jump!
I unfortunately did not read this previous to purchasing 3 sofas from the same collection for my formal living room, Two of which arrived Broken!
The delivery man noticed the first one being broken, and luckily advised me to refuse delivery.
The second I discovered was broken In the same manner upon unwrapping.
It took me months to get a refund for the first refused sofa and they literally told me they could just have someone put the leg back on for the second one.
In all, they sold me 3 very cheap low quality sofas, which did not match the ad description with legs literally stapled on.
Save your money and time buy from a more reputable, honest and honorable company!

I purchased the Oxford Soho Baby…

I purchased the Oxford Soho Baby Hampton Stone Wash 2 Drawer nightstand from the classy home and I had an amazing experience. There was an issue with the nightstand and one of the drawers, but it was quickly fixed by their customer service and m design village. This is my second set of baby furniture to purchase from Oxford baby because the quality is top-notch.

I purchase a white Sofa faux leather

I purchase a white Sofa faux leather. I paid over a thousand dollars for it. I’ve had it about 8 months and the leather starting splitting, and I got in touch with them about it and they won’t replace or reimburse the cost of the sofa. They will not take care of any problems with their furniture. I even sent them a picture and they said it was cause by wear and tear.I didn’t have it long enough for wear and tear. They do not care about their customers.

The Classy Home gives Stellar Service

Ordered the Virginia Blue Home Entertainment Center for my living room after just moving into our new home. It arrived lightning fast! We got White-Glove Jr. service where they unpacked, inspected, and took the boxes with them. The deliverymen took their time to be very careful with the furniture, they were punctual, and very friendly. Classy Home’s Customer service was excellent and even offered me a promotion that would discount the entertainment center I didn’t know I was eligible for; they were very patient, very confident, and very professional. I searched multiple sites for this blue entertainment center, and everyone was out of stock except for The Classy Home, I’m so grateful!

Classy Home: Excellent Service, Great Pricing

The Classy Home offered our cost-effective wardrobe solution to the old house, no built-in closets problem!

We needed a better way to store our clothes than the make-shift clothes rack hidden by a screen that we had made-do with for years.

Our bedroom, up a narrow staircase, required that we would have to self-assemble two large wardrobes upstairs.

I looked at several online options, and realized that several vendors were carrying the same wardrobes for much higher prices than the Classy Home. So, we ordered.

Commununication was excellent. We tracked shipping through the Classy Home Web site from their distribution point on the East Coast to the greater Chicago area. The warehouse there made an appointment with us and sent a box truck to our southwestern Michigan home. The guys in the truck made it through an early January snow storm on I-94 and got the delivery to us as promised.

We got our drill and screw bits out the next day and started assembling. This was big furniture, but we were able to get one done one day, and the second one in the next half day, the directions were clear.

We have been using our two new wardrobes for half of a year now, and love them. They have held together well, as they are good quality, and I think they are beautiful!

Easy to order the chairs

Easy to order the chairs. They were packaged very well. The chairs are as I had pictured them and how they looked on the website. Great quality. We struggled a little bit to get the pieces together, but eventually we got them put together. They look amazing with our new table.

Beautiful bed and fabulous experience

The online ordering process was simple. The bed and bedside tables arrived when they said they would. Everything was in perfect shape, no damage at all. I absolutely LOVE this set! Looks even richer and more elegant in person. Very heavy and well made.

First experience with Classy…

This is my first experience with Classy Home site. Was looking for accent chairs and found Classy to be the lowest price for the same chair from other sites.
I called to inquire about their policy’s and was helped by Shannon who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. When ahead and ordered so far was happy with service waiting to see if the chair's arrive without any issues. Will let you know.
