The prices they charge are absolutely ridiculous. I called a few weeks ago to see if they could get a few LITTLE stains out of my t shirt which was a F label on the wash tag. I spoke to them and was quoted around 60-70£ which I thought was so expensive but they told me how good they are how many followers they have on instagram and too be honest on there page there finish products do look good so I thought I’d give them a try. Once I sent my t shirt in all of a sudden it’s was really bad and said that it’s been washed ect, they sent me a few pictures stating they are struggling with a few stains, at the end of it they ended up charging me £100 😂. £48 for my specific t shirt and £52 for the ‘extra care’. They didn’t get all the stains out so what was the extra £52 for? What’s the initial £48? Just to look at the t shirt. All they are bothered about is how good they look on instagram and love to tell you how many followers they have. They put a video up on there page of my t shirt stating it was over £1000 😂. It wasn’t at all. They wouldn’t charge me £100 if it was a £20 non brand t shirt. They only did it because it was a Louis Vuitton one. Don’t fall for there tricks honestly. If they have returning customers I’ll be shocked. There prices are absolutely insane. I’m sure they’ll reply with how bad the t shirt was ect.. it wasn’t at all. If any dry cleaners see this they will know that no t shirt being washed justify £100.

UPDATE TO YOUR REPLY. your team didn’t ask me if I was okay with the ‘extra’ care. I asked you for a price at the end once it was all done and you told me so you’re just a liar. Also please take that post down on your instagram of my blue Louis Vuitton T-shirt starting it was a £1,139 t shirt when it wasn’t. You’re lying to your follower. Thanks

I contacted The Cleaning Doc as I had had a bloodstain on my MOB dress I need to wear in June. From start to finish, this company were friendly, helpful, honest and kept in contact throughout the process. I cannot praise them enough and the stain was completely removed. I called them last Friday, sent it off Saturday, it was back in my home as good as new today, just one week later. Absolutely excellent service throughout. Would totally recommend!! I recently had my coat cleaned by The Cleaning Doc, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I was kept well informed throughout the entire process, with regular updates at each stage—from cleaning through to return delivery.

I have to admit, I was a little worried at first about whether the service would live up to the great reviews I had read, especially since I absolutely love this coat. However, I’m delighted to say that when I received it back, it looked as good as new.

I would have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone looking to have their favourite garments professionally cleaned. After this experience, I’m already preparing my next jacket to send to The Cleaning Doc.

The team went above and beyond to provide the best care possible for the pieces I sent over, which included a badly stained corduroy that was beyond saving. Even then The Cleaning Doc never gave up and still did their best to remove the stains. They explained the entire process gave me regular updates on the pieces as they work on them. Definitely recommend checking them out if you have designer clothing needing a clean!

Had a moncler dirty, which was a challenge. They managed to restore back to normal. Great service. Awesome communication.

I can’t say enough about how good my experience was. After a pen exploded in my pocket and stained my 50th anniversary baby blue Moncler coat, turning the bottom panel green & staining many parts of the coat, I was gutted, thinking it was beyond saving (Anyone would, including them). However it was clear they put customers first as they went out of their way, contacting three different tailors on my behalf when each one initially said it was unrepairable. Finally, they found someone willing to give it a try- and the result is amazing. My coat looks brand new. The communication was spot on, and their dedication went above and beyond. I’m so thankful!

10000% recommend these guys to anyone, if you have premium clothes, send it somewhere that offers a premium service ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

My daughter was in absolute bits after she spilt oil all over her new 350 pound top that she had saved up for.

Sent a Canada Goose coat to be cleaned. I was a bit unsure about sending it, but it had a stain on I couldn’t remove and they were very responsive and I read good reviews. They provided very clear instructions on how to send and fantastic communication throughout. Although the stain could not be removed completely, it did lighten and I know they did their best. They contacted me at every stage, returned it in good condition and even checked it had been received as soon as they saw the courier had delivered it. Very good service and would not hesitate to use again.

Wow where do I begin!
My less an a month old Canada Goose got blood stain on from my LB incident and this was stress.
I got in contact with The Cleaning Doc and they dealt with it!
Fast service and very informative. Would update me with every step of the way and super friendly and knowledgeable is this industry.

I have a Hugo Boss parka that I hadn’t worn in a few years. Naturally it smelled of storage and the fabric looked grimy given the waterproofing coatings had faded after years of wearing it. I took it to a few dry cleaners before but no one would help. The CleaningDoc advert randomly appeared on my social feed and I contacted them. They responded quickly (despite them being quite busy) and asked for photos and details on what needs to be done and I was also given a price and rough leadtime on the spot. After dropping off the coat at a nearby location, they picked it up and returned it via FedEx a week later. During the course of that week I received regular updates on progress and estimated completion date. I am amazed that the coat looks fresh and good as new! The grime and smell have gone and I’m excited to wear it again during these cold winter months. I would definitely recommend them and in fact my wife has already expressed her interest to have some of her garments professionally cleaned. Thank you for your service!
