Office manager Sally Hopwood was not…

Office manager Sally Hopwood was not helpful and very rude to me and colleagues by swearing at them whilst on the telephone when I called for an update regarding my repair they were sub-contracted to complete on behalf of my housing provider.
When eventually the delayed works were approved by my provider, they rushed the job leaving my bathroom looking like the house that Jack built !

Professional, hardworking and honest.

I would absolutely recommend The Construction Collective. Throughout the entire process they have been professional, committed and true to their word. The work included the removal of the old and then installation of two new bathrooms together with associated, plumbing, electrical and joinery work. Nick, Parsa and the whole team provided support, advice and experience at each stage and I am very impressed with the quality and craftsmanship of all the work carried out. There were no surprises along the way and any unexpected challenges were dealt with through clear communication and good will. I would always look to work with CC ltd in the future.

Reliable plumber

Needed a reliable plumber to fit a toilet and I wasn’t let down. Turned up on time and was finished in a few hours. No fuss and issues. Definitely recommend.

Construction collective go awol

Feel happy for those that have had a good service on here but mine is the worst service…I’ve been left without a shower for nearly two weeks,and when I called to say it’s still not useable the lady on the phone suggested I try it even though I told her it has no shower screen, needs sealing and the electric pump is open and awaiting the electrical engineer to come and finish. They are so disorganised and even though the guy who’s been round was lovely, I’m my opinion do not have any sense of urgency.

Please note that we are required to obtain all work approvals from your housing provider, which causes considerable delays and unfortunately we are not able to continue works until approvals are completed, particularly if the scope of work changes while on site. Additionally, material delivery schedules can impact timelines.

Excellent company

Excellent company. I have used them a few times over the years and i have never had any issues. They are reliable, trustworthy and always do a good job. They were very respectful to me and my home and i will continue to use them as and when needed. The costs are always in line with the job.

Reliable, trustworthy, and efficient team of builders

I cannot thank The Construction Collective Ltd enough for the excellent job they did in fixing my roof. After being ripped off by cowboy builders, who left my roof in a terrible state, I was skeptical about hiring builders again. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the level of professionalism and thoughtfulness shown by The Construction Collective Ltd.
From the very first contact, they seemed genuinely interested in helping me, and they went out of their way to explain to me what had gone wrong with my previous builders' work. The team was efficient and keeping me informed at every step.
What impressed me most was their attention to detail and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure the job was done correctly.
Overall, I can confidently say that The Construction Collective Ltd is a reliable, trustworthy, and efficient team of builders who genuinely care about their clients' satisfaction. I would undoubtedly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.
