This company is great for the amout of choice for cats 🐈 so many different things to try

My cat loves it, the tins are great but more expensive. Only issue was took a while to arrive after ordering

My two kittens appear to love the fillet pouches, and so far purr when eating it. So I’m trialling it for a month. I’ve replaced their Whiskas brand with this as i know there’s nothing but rubbish in Whiskas - it’s the equivalent of them having a McDonald’s every day 🫣🥴

Great quality food that’s varied. Really helpful customer service and a friendly vibe all round. Would highly recommend!

The taster pack is a great way to start you cats improved diet. Once Tony had cleaned certain bowls I knew what to order and each month he gets his favourite food and even a personal note which is very endearing. I've recommended coolcatclub to friends already and will continue to do so.

We’ve tried a few different subscription based companies for cat food and Cool Cat Club has been our favourite. The handwritten note with deliveries is a sweet touch and it’s great value for money, with great quality food. Our cat loves it.

Nice quality food for Frankie, he loves the pouches. Very quick delivery and good communication prior to delivery regarding any changes. Also comes with some freebies which is also a bonus 😺

The taster box was very generous, plenty of choices. The "menue" is clearly laid out to make the choice what to buy easyer. The customer service is the best , very helpfull and followed up my question fast and effective. Great food , my cat is happy and so am I.

My cat Loki is loving this new food, and he doesn’t keep asking for food as his regular meals are enough and his belly is full.

Very competitive pricing for quality cat food compared to other similar brands on the market. Most importantly, my cat loves it! Having the taster box allowed her to try the flavours and let me know which ones she preferred so I could tailor her box. One thing I'd love to see is the ability to change the frequency the subscription is delivered ( ie. every 8 weeks rather than every month) so I can bulk buy and not worry about remembering to delay my next order.

I absolutely love The Cool Cat Club! My cat adores their food, and it works perfectly with my dryer box. When my parcel unfortunately disappeared, their customer service was amazing — they responded immediately and sent out a replacement without any hassle. Excellent customer service and truly delicious food for my kitten. Highly recommended!

Thought this was good but ......

My cat became ill and she's a senior cat, so not meant for all ages, and the vet said her not being able to digest your food properly had some impact.

Beware if you give to a senior cat but to be honest don't risk it for their health.

So far so very good!
The introduction box of cat food arrived very quickly, complete with a lovely personal note from Sandra - and some samples.
The ordering process is straightforward, and the fees are cheaper than similar product elsewhere.
So far Mr Murray loves the new food, and is selecting the next order from the menus. There are so many delicious recipes that he cannot make up his mind!

Trial box was reasonably priced and had a good selection from which to find the flavours our cat loved. Great to have a choice of different textures as well as flavours. App is easy to use for selecting the monthly delivery choices. It arrived quickly, was well packaged. We are only on the first month but our cat is wolfing down her food, which at 18 yrs old and a fussy eater, has made us all happy.
