I received the wrong cover, no problem!
I received the wrong cover, made a phone call and the problem was taken care of quickly and efficiently and received my new cover in about four days. Great service good quality product.

Great company to work with...
Everything arrived very quickly and the fit is perfect. We also bought a fitted tarp for it which has worked great protecting it from ice buildup!

Incomplete shipping info
I rcv confirmation for my order with a tracking #, but all I could access was info about the shipping company, why? I had to call you and was told that I needed to go to a specific web site to access my shipping info. Why would you not send the customer info that is usable. Sad.

Where the two sides come together at the fold the white insulation is very visible hopefully it does not attack birds to pick at it just thought it would be a straighter cot so it was not visablle

I purchased a cover for my Hot Springs Hot tub two winters ago. It was a good price and it holding up to the elements great. The material is not fading much at all either. Great product.
