Amazing customer service, clear and polite.
Product exactly as showed in the pictures, delivery in time.

5 semaines apres avoir passé commande toujours rien reçu.
J ai envoyé un message et ils me disent que livraison prévue depyis 1 semaine.
Que si je veux etre remboursée je dois attendre d avoir recu la commande....

The corset is absolutely perfect! It arrived swiftly and is incredible quality. However I bought this on behalf of an evil film director and thus will never see that beautiful garment again. I will however stay subscribed to your emails as they are the most uplifting thing I have ever read! The world would be a better place if everyone got those emails.

Excellent product would highly recommend

Excellent quality wig for the price, not itchy, stayed on comfortably for 8 hours including getting ready, an hour drive, performance, drive home. I moved around a lot and it didn’t budge off my head but the hair had realistic movement. High quality hair that styles well and doesn’t tangle easily.

First order came quickly received wt no problems, second order was never received, I got the run around by both the company and delivery company. Was finally told that it may have been stolen and to call the police. No refund no corset that was paid for. Feels scammy and now I’m out of my hard earned money. Thumbs down Drag Queen Closet and their delivery company to👎👎

Bref, j’ai fait une demande de renseignements en décembre: aucune réponse. J’ai renouvelé ma demande en janvier, même chose: pas capable de répondre! Donc apparemment le SAV est inexistant, mieux vaut ne pas prendre de risque en commandant sur ce site…

Et après avoir mis mon avis sur ce site, évidemment, j’ai enfin été contacté par thedragqueencloset!! Pour me dire qu’ils avaient débloqué mon adresse e-mail et que je devais les recontacter… « Nous avons levé le blocage et ajouté votre adresse à nos contacts autorisés ; vous devriez donc pouvoir nous contacter. Nous vous avons ensuite envoyé un e-mail depuis thedragqueencloset.fr, mais nous n'avons pas reçu de réponse. Veuillez répondre à notre e-mail ou nous contacter via notre formulaire en ligne. Dans le cas contraire, nous considérerons qu'il s'agit d'un faux avis visant à nuire gratuitement »

J’imagine que les gens de ce site ne se doutent pas, entre-temps j’ai été sur l’autre site pour avoir les réponses que j’attendais et ensuite faire les achats que je voulais! Je n’ai donc absolument aucun intérêt de les recontacter!!! et je n’ai surtout pas de temps à perdre avec eux!!!!! Et aussi risible soit il, quand on lis leurs derniers messages, il me menace de faire passer ce commentaire en tant que commentaire visant a nuire gratuitement!

Pour finir, je ne vais absolument pas modifier mon commentaire…! (je veux bien modifier le titre, mais mon commentaire, hors de question que je le modifie, les gens ont le droit de savoir!)

It delivered, what it was advertising and what I was looking for.

I ordered a corset from the Drag Queen Closet, thinking this looked like a legitimate shop, and whilst I received my item just fine and the quality is alright, the website is incredibly misleading, and I am pretty sure they are Chinese dropshippers.

At the bottom of the main page there are three postal contact addresses based in Australia, the US and the UK, however when my package was shipped, the tracking showed the start of its journey as a warehouse in Shatian, Mainland China. Whilst I often shop with Asian retailers and don't generally have a problem with merch that comes from China, I do have a problem with a website that sells Chinese goods whilst falsely presenting itself as postally based in 3 different countries that are not China. The issue isn't selling items from China, it's the fact that they are not transparent with the origin of their products to begin with, especially because I did find the same corset for much cheaper on other Chinese dropshipping websites (e.g. AliExpress), but I paid a higher price with the Drag Queen Closet because I thought I was ordering from a more legit business. At least AliExpress is honest about where their goods come from, and I should have just bought from there for a much lower price.

Overall, that lack of transparency is incredibly shady and associated with being a dropshipper, so I won't be shopping here again.

Love the range of clothes/wigs and stuff and the wig/lashes/nails I have recently received are all fab and great prices too

Do NOT order from this company. Twice in a row I ordered eye shadow palette and twice they sent the wrong one. Customer service doesn’t exist! You won’t get a refund. You’re stuck with whatever they send you and this stuff is pricey!!!
Updating my review. I contacted this company “via email “ as they have NO customer service #, got no response. I wanted this item very much i actually ordered it again, twice got the wrong item. I left this review, they never contacted me to apologize even though I provided all my info to them though here again, instead sent the correct item finally in order to put on here “ item sent to customer “. Ridiculous. So yes I finally received the item after I ordered and paid for it twice! And left a negative review!

David at The Drag Queen Closet provided excellent service. He made sure that I provided correct foot measurements and confirmed size. The shoes were excellent quality, fit perfectly and are comfortable (for sexy heels). I can hardly wait for my next order. So grateful for The Drag Queen Closet! Love my new shoes!

Ich kann mich den anderen Kunden nucht anschließen. Habe dort 2 mal was bestellt gehabt.

Klar Lieferung dauert manchmal etwas lange, ist halt von weiter her und ab und an gibt es halt Lieferprobleme oder kurze Verzögerungen.
Dafür können die nichts.

2 Wochel sollte man also einplanen für die wahre. Das zweite packet kam sogar ehr an als erwartet😊

und gerade bei So was, sollte man sich mehr Zeit zum planen nehmen als nh Woche vorher für halloween sich nh Kostüm zu besorgen.

UND ALLES DURCHLESEN!!!

Das erste packet was ich Betsellt hatte wahr ein Korsett und JA es gibt auch eine größentabelle. Da stand ich zwischen zwei großen.
Habe mich an der Support Email gemeldet und habe auch eine Antwort erhalten gehabt.
Weiß leider nicht mehr wie schnell sie geantwortet haben aber ich meine es wahren so 1-2tage .

Also ja sie helfen einen weiter und das auf einer netten freundlichen Art.

Es wahr ein unterbrust korsett mit Metall Stabilisierung.
Da muss man sich auch eben vorher informieren aus was für ein Material das ist. Weil aus Plastik ist es nucht zu empfehlen, da es eben nicht so die Stabilität unterstützt.

Hatte auch eines von Amazon was recht ähnlich aussah zum Vergleich gehabt.
Das vom Dragshopp fühlte sich echt bequem an, wie eine warme Umarmung. Langes Tragen ist gut möglich.

Von Amazon wahr die Schnürung mies und langes Tragen wahr unangenehm.

Das zweite wahr eine perücke.
Dazu kann ich ehr weniger was abgeben, da ich von sowas weniger Ahnung habe.
Kamm gut verpackt an.
Haare haben sich gut angefühlt und man konnte sie gute stylen ( wenn man halt gut darin ist)
Hitzebeständig.

Etwas haare gelassen hatte sie.
