Absolutely delighted with my wedding dress, it is immaculate and was beautifully presented back in a suitable dress carrier, as I chose this option over the box. It arrived back to me today, well packaged inside a box for transport to ensure it made it here safely. I must say that before this company’s fantastic cleaning job, it was a bit of a sorry state to say the least with sweat, dirt, fake tan marks the lot and I was worried that there was no way these would ever come out, especially as it had been left to fester for over 15 years…I know, that’s a lot! But I’m soo glad I found this company, from start to finish I have I have received excellent customer service, the communication is second to none throughout, and I am so so pleased with the results, it’s quite frankly amazing and my dress is just about as good as new. I’d thoroughly recommend this company to take care of your dress, I’m so glad I did.

The Dress Cleaning Company did an amazing job cleaning and restoring a wedding dress I'd thrashed to within an inch of its life at a wedding ceilidh and then left in a cupboard for 4 years (oops). The pick-up and delivery was so easy to use, the prices were incredibly reasonable, and the team kept me updated with e-mails and photos of the cleaning and repair process, and I was thrilled with the quality of the results. The presentation box I received the dress back in was beautiful, and a wonderful way to keep a memento of my special day.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Very friendly and efficient staff, always kept me in the loop. Not only was my daughter’s prom dress cleaned (professional spot clean only) they supplied photos to show the dress off in order that we could re-sell.

The communication about the dress and progress was second to none. They have done such an amazing job and it looks good as new! I couldn’t be happier with the results! The Dress Cleaning Company did a wonderful job with my wedding dress as it had got quite grubby throughout the course of the day.
It arrived beautifully packaged and presented and is such a lovely way to keep and store the dress. I also chose to get my veil cleaned which they kindly neatly folded and wrapped in tissue paper in its original box.
The staff were incredibly friendly and great at keeping me updated as the process does take a little while, but I had no issues what so ever.

I have had a great experience with them from start to finish. Their communication was quick and all the instructions about how to package up my dress were easy to follow. They arrange collection and delivery from my house. They also sent pictures of the dress once cleaned to check I was happy with it. As much as this process does take a while the care that is put into it at every step is amazing. My dress has arrived back and it is so beautifully packaged in a box with tissue paper and ribbon. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. It has surpassed all my expectations.

They took my mother’s 53 year old Wedding Dress that was discoloured and smelly and turned it into like new. My Dad passed earlier this year and for Mum to receive this before Christmas has meant everything … highly recommended

Amazing company. Very attentive, considerate and truly care for their customers. My wedding Dress was in a terrible state and I really did not think they would be able to save it. What was returned to me was an item that looked brand new although over 52 years old and stored in its original box. Sadly I was unaware the original box was no longer fit for purpose. My dress is now in a perfect, beautiful and safe box. Simply perfect in every way. Huge thank you’s to the whole team. You are all simply AMAZING

Can't rate these people highly enough. Friendly, personable service, they were really helpful even when I caused faff and hassle for them - brilliant customer service all round, plus they did a really great job on my kilt, that looks brand new again. Massively impressed, would highly recommend.
