I have shopped here for many years and was always happy, delivery was always a bit slow but not the end of the world, things have changed. I ordered three bottles of dead mans fingers, after 5 days I emailed as the items hadn't been shipped, I eventually got an email back saying they were waiting for the items from their supplier, how can you sell items you don't even have? No apology, just a cold reply. Eventually received my box of goods after 9 days, opened the box to find 1 bottle short, emailed again to be told they don't have that bottle in stock and will refund it. Again no apology, if I hadn't emailed they wouldn't have told me and kept the money, why couldn't they have told me when I emailed chasing the goods? I won't buy from here again and I think they might be going bump so spend your money here at your risk cuz if they go bump while they have it, you'll lose it.

Still awaiting delivery of my order placed on 21st October! Chased twice with one slow and short response saying I'd have the order last week - nothing received. May be time to claim via the credit card company! Used to be good, now something has changed and they don't seem to care

I ordered three items, but only two arrived. I emailed to inquire about the missing item, which was still listed as in stock on the website. I was informed that it was actually out of stock, and a refund would be issued. Item still shows as in stock on this date.

I would have preferred to be notified about the item being out of stock in advance, rather than having to follow up myself. Additionally, they deducted the postage cost from my refund.

Improvements are needed in their communication. As a result of this experience, I’m not in a hurry to place another order.

There was a slight error with my order but this was resolved extremely quickly & without any issues

They stock Palma violet gin (not many places do), and at a great price. They also provided a free 50mL bottle of single malt whiskey. Highly recommend this store :)

It's a great on line liqueur store but the delivery timeline has reduced a little bit since I became a customer, it's 3 days in my first & second order, but dropped to 5 days on my third order. Emails to the store took 2 days to respond. All order must be at least £50 to qualify for a free delivery so I'd expect a shorter delivery timeframe.

Process from order to delivery is excellent. Prices are very competitive. Only negative would be getting a VAT receipt for accounting purposes

Placed an order on 13th September. Confirmation email received, but no email to say when shipped. Paid via "shop" so able to track through the app. 16th September showed DHL were awaiting shipment details but no other updates ? I've emailed The Drop Store customer service early today & asked if they could tell me when my order was arriving? No reply from them. This was a birthday gift for a family member & needed for tomorrow. The best I can hope now will be for delivery on Monday 22nd. 10 days after originally ordering & 2 days after it was needed. Not impressed, my first & last order with this company.
