Even though I am already in Mentorship 3.0, I enjoyed the "Yes, Is the New Normal". Dr. Z always delivers more than what she advertises. This helps me to be confident and prepared as I am getting ready to launch my practice. I have avoided so many pitfalls already!

Very informative session with extremely relatable presentation. Always encouraged to engage, Dr. Z personally responding to many inquiries... it was a lengthy virtual conference but never felt daunting or off track. Terrible experience. A woman from their customer rep team was unprofessional and brusque. I tried calling their phone number, and here is the text message she replied with "Please stop calling! It's interrupting a scheduled call I have to make. I don't mean it harshly, I just can't actually answer on this system". Then don't give this out as your business phone if you can't answer the call!
Additionally, I had purchased their clinical core monthly content, and I was charged significantly more than the stated price, and I also received no login, no information, and no response. The morning after, their sales team emailed me back thanking me for my patience and they'll get back with me soon. Absolutely no apology for the oversight or the faulty purchase link leading to the wrong price, and zero sense of urgency to have it resolved. Also couldn't provide any timeline as to when they will try to resolve because the "ops team is traveling right now". Well then maybe have enough staff to handle your client calls while part of your team is on a trip?!
This has caused me so much stress for a completely unprofessional experience. The company representative took my direct feedback personally, and I had a poor customer experience and will be taking my business and recommendations to my colleagues elsewhere.

The 3-day Lab Leverage Method training was phenomenal! Dr. Z and her team over-delivered, as usual. The weekend was packed with clinical pearls and practical insights for lab interpretation, clinic management and strategies, optimizing workflow, protocol creation, knowing which labs to choose when, patient communication and so much more... Thank you!!!

I gained so much knowledge about labs this weekend. This was a fantastic educational experience. I especially loved the breakout rooms where I could get more specific questions answered. I look forward to other opportunities that Dr. Z offers.
