I decided to try this site after getting fed up with other sites that gouge customers on shipping and handling due to the new postal regulations. At this company, shipping and handling are priced fairly, and there are several options for speedier service. They also offer free shipping on orders of only $66, unlike others, where it's available at $100.

They also have an amazing selection of vape devices and refill pods at great prices. Highly competitive with other sites, and all devices are available in all colors. Finally, they carry their own line (I think?) of e-juices, and you can order your flavors in small sizes to sample them (at your chosen mg level) before placing an order for a larger bottle.

I was thrilled with the two that I tried. Both were excellent tobacco flavors, and the prices were lower than those at other sites. I will definitely come back for their juices and am looking forward to trying new ones. They also have a full range of fruity and dessert flavors. Everything arrived on time and in great shape. Give them a try if you want a new vape supplier you can truly count on.

They sent me 3 factory defected packs of coils where the thread was too small. After trying to get in contact with them for a week they told me to send old ones back and they would replace factory sealed coils. I tested 3 coils vs my old one that screwed in fine. Should have gotten 12 coils replaced, but really all of them should have been replaced as they sent me a defected product. They said they will send me 1 pack (5 coils) back as the other 2 packs had opened coils. I payed shipping to return the bad ones, they took the bad ones I had and said they will send me only one. Shipping cost me more then 1 pack of coils. They ask you to inspect the product and then tell you they cant exchange them because the product is open. Shop else where people.

This is an excellent company with extremely competitive pricing, far better than other vape shops I used to order from. They also offer an extensive array of products. Their customer service is TOP NOTCH always super professional & friendly with fast shipping. I've been shopping with this company for almost 2 yrs now and wont go anywhere else. They've definitely earned a life long customer

Always a quick response to fill orders. Quick to respond when there was an issue that came up and it was corrected immediately with no hassle at all. Great business.

I ordered on a Fri they said they're closed on the weekends ect. It's now been almost 2 weeks and my shipment is pending in AZ. I'll gladly pay a few extra dollars to get my vape in 3-5 days. And if your business is up open up on the weekends for your customers. Simple. I'm sure most of your business is online. You should never be closed lol

Ordered for the second time and this time I just ordered e-liquid and when the product came the one flavor had menthol mixed in with what I ordered. No where in the product description did it say menthol which I really don’t like. When I sent an email describing what happened the John person said they can’t help what the distributor puts or does not put in its liquid. Not sure about you all but that is a really scary statement. I will not order from them again, they are losing a very loyal customer but they don’t seem to care. Money, money, money

I have nothing but positive things to say about this company, I’ve been ordering from them for over a yr now, they’ve always responded to every question or issue I have had. You can even call them & speak with an actual human which is rare these days. Their prices are excellent & I’ve always received my order fast & safe. I will NEVER shop with another company again. This company has earned a customer for life. I HIGHLY recommend trying them, you won’t be disappointed

This company is doing unprofessional and dishonest business, they don't honor their return and exchange policy​ and don't appreciate the customers​.
Their communication is horrible, they simply ​​ ignore the inquiries, especially if they ​are pertaining to ​the quality issues.

​I want to share my personal experience with Theecig.com: After I received a defective battery with my last order, I notified the administrator about the problem right away. Despite their 48 hours notification policy for the exchange or return of defective items on arrival, I was advised to file a warranty claim on my own, while it was the responsibility of the seller to deal with their vendor. None of the seven following emails I sent to the administrator was answered, thus I opened a dispute (after my multiple notices to the company in order to ​solve the matter in a good faith) and won it. How cheap and greedy should this business be to close my account ​because of the $20 item cost...

While Theecig.com has a lot of competitors to go with, that appreciate the customers and doing the honest business, this should be only my right and ​decision to close my account or keep it active. ​In the meantime, I request from theecig.com ​ the explanation of the reason for closing of my account, apologies and reopening my account​.

Great customer service and fast shipping. I received my kanger socc replacement coils with my Marlboro red vape juice in 2 days.

This is a great company who always has what I need. Plus their shipping is reasonable and their prices are good and consistent. You can't find that, just anywhere.
