I brought one to try and get off of vaping and brought the tapered one as it’s supposed to have pull resistance but unfortunately I didn’t feel any resistance it was just the same as breathing so doesn’t work for me but no problems with the company itself

Amazing Customer Service
I’ve not even received my order yet but, I wanted to say how amazing the customer service has been. They have been brilliant with their responses to en queries I’ve had, fast and informative. They were out of stock on one of the items I ordered, they gave me a ring to see if I wanted it replaced with a similar product or if I wanted my money back. Just fantastic.
