Simple, hassle free ordering, reliable stock levels, often get a free goody in the parcel too, like a sample juice etc.
Selection of DIY bottles could be better, the ones I’ve bought, the nozzle is too big to fill my tank, so more choice would be good.
Also, I’ve quite boring in my vape flavours, don’t like to be adventurous, I like what I like, so the freebie flavours could be trailered to the users flavour tastes maybe 🤷♂️

When I placed my order I ordered 4…
When I placed my order I ordered 4 boxed of elf mate 500 pods but received only 4 pods. Wording when ordinary extra packs must be wrong I added 3 more packs to my order believing that's what I would receive but no I received 4 pods for more than if I ordered straight from elfbar their self. If your buying a pack of pods upping the order you would think it would mean more boxes of the same not individual item, not specified very well.
