I had a fantastic experience with The Elephant in the Room. I was choosing a hamper for a friend who is going through a difficult time and I needed advice on the products. Róisín was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. She text me with options for my budget, left me a voicenote as a follow to explain the products and sent me a photo of hamper. This made the whole process so easy. My friend was overwhelmed with the products and beautiful presentation, it made a difficult day somewhat better for her.

It is the 2nd time that I ordered from The Elephant in the Room and both times Roisin was very helpful in chosing the perfect products for the care package that suited my budget and my friends who were receiving chemo. The ordering, payment and delivery were all handled professionally and seamlessly. Such a pleasure to order from them.

When words fail, a gift from The Elephant in the Room says it all! I was very pleased to find such a beautiful range of high quality thoughtful gifts located in one place. After choosing to create a bespoke gift box, to suit the situation and personality of my recipient, I sent an email with a couple of questions regarding the suitability of the items. Roisin promptly addressed every issue and reassured me about my choices! When I placed my order, Roisin kindly sent a photo of the prepared gift package. One day later my recipient was crying and laughing down the phone, raving about her beautiful, very unexpected gift! She too sent me a photo, in which I noticed a couple of extra little artistic touches, a dried flower bouquet and a mindful quote, that Roisin had included in the gift box. I was absolutely beyond thrilled!
