I used this company because they were recommended by Offgem and they found a deal that worked for me.
However the switch has ended up in a mess and this company have not been very helpful, they have not taken much responsibility for it, and told me incorrect information at the time. I have ended up with only one energy being switched and paying two companies at the same time with two accounts still open over a month after the switch, I've taken it further. I have asked for how I can make a complaint to this company and received no response, -until now- see below.
=Having posted an initial unfavourable review the company contacted me directly offering to take further action to sort out what's happened so I have agreed to let them do so. I am thankful that they are going to try because I feel, and have felt, very helpless in all this. For me a personal touch which has been offered is worth more than endless hours of long 'waiting to speak to a human being' phone calls which seem to be the norm these days. None of us seem to have any power in the current situation- yes there's an ironic pun there. For me and my politics, I'd re-nationalise energy supplies. So I'm trusting the energy shop to resolve this, I do hope that they can

The Energy Shop is the best place to look for the best savings on energy as it is independent and includes companies you won't find on other websites. It's simply the best there is and customer service is brilliant.

No options to find all available tariffs.
Form kept getting stuck with some available options.
DO NOT TRUST "TRUSTPILOT"! Unless you already know from experience what is being said.
