Wonderful work carried out at my mother and fathers property, the spray foam was previously not removed correctly and remnants of the foam had slipped down into the cavities, this was rectified and sorted very professionally by a great team and of young men who made us feel at ease. Highly recommend

The team that came were very professional, polite and friendly who answered all my questions. I had great follow up with Mathew who responded quickly and politely to my emails and I would have no problem in recommending this company, great service from start to finish.

Wool insulation removed by The Extraction Group
Following a survey by Damp Detectives, Declan and Matt from The Extraction Group were recommended and visited us in February to quote for extracting wool insulation from our cavity walls - insulation was no longer effective. Explained the process clearly, provided a quote on the day and contract. Work was booked in 2 weeks later, a call before to check all ok with timings. Jason, Jake and William arrived in good time, explained the process again, checked with us while work was being undertaken and then we were able to look, via mobile camera, inside the cavity on all sides of our home to show wool had been removed. All completed in one day. A re-visit is planned for 6 weeks time to provide a check on our property.
