Mercedes Benz E Class W213 2016-2019 Single Beam High Performance LED Headlights Brand New
After talking to the store to ensure I ordered the correct headlight, costing £575 not the advertised £523, was told they had not update the web page, sgould have started alarm bells then.
Headlight arrive paid £192 to a mercedes specialist to fit the headlight, after fitment the specialist told me the head light vertical adjustment did not work, in there opinion this was not as described a brand new w213 2016-2019 RH headlight. I contact fab store who tried to blame the specialist or delivery on the damage, they did send another headlight, but again after fitment it was found to be a RH head light but for the CANADIAN OR USA market, absolute no use in the UK, after contacting them again, by the way there had been loads of WhatsApp messages as they don't alway answer their quick responce phone, or for that matter the 020 phone.
Anyway eventually got a refund... STAY AWAY FROM THEFABSTORE, unless you want hassle!!!
Buy from your main dealer, wish I had in the start, £275 more but far less hassle and worked first time.... what a supprise..
ordeal started 15th March eventually ended 2nd April...
Only reason 1 star they at least refunded my money, not as straight forward either.. they blaming my credit card company..
