Too many requests for reviews, only a couple of days into the program. But the program seems good so far.

I had an awful experience with this app.
I joined up and thinking I was paying for one service ended up having joined three with a collective price tag of about £60 per month.
No app should be worth that much!

I didn’t active the subscription, I didn’t use it once, infact I deleted the app and thought that would be that.

I found I was billed the following two months.

So when I finally found out how to message them ( this wasn’t easy!).

They offered to refund a £40 start up fee, but told me I wasn’t eligible for any more.

I messaged back asking if this was honestly the behavior of a reputable company, to which I was told they had spoken with their bosses and I wasn’t eligible for any refund.

So in all they took about £200 from my account and paid me back £40.

My experience was not Fabulous, it was expensive, and useless.

Why did I not use the app, because I work 3 12 shifts a week and these app just don’t work for people how do.

My advice is beware of the wolf in sheep’s clothing.

As you click through free trial they slip a charge of £22.99 in where you click ok.
I accidentally clicked and bought an extra app. I instantly cancelled and was refunded to 89p for the trial but they refuse to acknowledge the £22.99 charge or refund it. Customer service ignores the question and keeps saying there was no charge to refund.

Pointless generic reply given I have emailed and they arent answering my question.

I appreciate the daily check ins. The process is helpful and interactive! I do feel a bit overwhelmed and I may need an app that is a bit more streamlined and straightforward. I’m getting a bit off track with to much stimuli.
Yet this process has been helpful and it’s so beautiful.

It keep me motivated that’s great !

I have ADHD and am really learning now how it has controlled life. I get overwhelmed and loose time plus I can end up feeling bad when I have a slight rest and struggle to get back to the task. Since using Clarify the timer keeps me focused and also walk away and return without feeling guilty or focus.
It allows me to break jobs down and keeps reminding me to do them so I don’t procrastinate to long.

I have only recently started treatment and it has helped but Clarify has helped push it that more and now I can focus on my university work where it use overwhelm and cause immense stress. But I have to do the work as well. I HAVE to choose to open the app first thing in the morning and set my jobs only 2 or 3 and manageable tasks. I hate homework and things but all u have to do is OPEN THE APP!! That’s all you have to do.

It’s not intuitive and pratical the use of the app

Was charged even after cancelling my free trial since the app was similar to a free version i had. I was charged for subscriptions I wasn't even aware where included that the app had signed me up for and did not show up on my apple receipts. Because of that i am unable to locate information anywhere to dispute with my bank, since the apps support team said it was unable to refund me after my purchase. My advice do not download the app unless you have an extra $120 in your budget to give away ( I do not as i am a full time student paying pay check to pay check.) Still trying to get a refund. Hoping it works out. Ps thank you the fabulous for your comment, the reason i was able to catch these extra charges is because i budget so well. Your mannerisms of charging are fraudulent. In your terms and conditions it does not state you will charge after cancelation if canceled before end of trial (yes i actually read them). Please have a wonderful day and stop taking money from people. Its not very fabulous of you.

I was really hopeful about the product however their subscription and billing tactics are fraudulent. During the initial trial period, I was enrolled multiple times for the same service (citing different bimonthly costs as the rational) without my knowledge or consent. I was then being triple charged for the service. Upon canceling my subscription, they continue to bill me for the subscription.

They continued to charge for 12 months after I cancelled & it was difficult to finally stop them charging & no refund for their error.

The way that they charge people is very predatory. I've been charged nearly 40 pounds a month, for an app that I've not used or been able to cancel now for months. I've never experienced having such an issue with cancelling a subscription in the past. I've had many subscriptions, all that you could cancel simply by pressing a few buttons. This seems deliberate, and a scam targeting vulnerable people, who suffer with ADHD. I've gone through all avenues and emails and my subscription still isn't cancelled. I'll have to visit the bank AGAIN, to see what I can do. Couldn't be more frustrated with my experience of this company.

They are the biggest scam company- they offer free trial but then store your bank details and fraudulently charged your bank to hundreds of pounds worth of scam fake transactions
This should be seriously investigated and victims should get compensated

Getting a breakdown to help sort out thoughts and plans has been helpful. This app has made some improvements in my day to day planning. It’s no longer “ squirrel syndrome” all over the place.

Love the content. Need better direction on flow cause there are so many distractions.
