I'd give 0 stars if I could.
Terrible payment practices. It wouldn't suprise me that their main revenue source could be payments from unsuspecting customers. They knowingly and purposefully hide their payments and subscriptions as best they can to trick people into paying them money.
I signed up as my mental health was suffering, hoping this could help, and ironically it's now worse as I couldn't pay some bills because I didn't realise they'd charged me £30 a month the last 5 months or so. No communication, no warning nothing.
Terrible company and I will do my very best to make sure more people aren't tricked like they did to me.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Good help to start off

This is absolutely a scam
This is absolutely a scam. Don’t go near it. Business model is based on tricking people into recurring and non refundable subscriptions. The help team will not issue a refund despite immediately cancelling within minutes of being tricked into paying.

I ordered the wrong package. My phone PayPal was playing up and payment shouldn't have gone through.
The company refused to refund my money.
Don't make the same mistake! They are not interested in fairness in business.

Don’t go near this, cancelling is impossible!
Took a look, decided it wasn’t for me and tried to cancel. Blocked payment with my bank. It has been trying every week since to take different amounts of money from me. Thank goodness I blocked it!

Not what I signed up for
Not what I signed up for. Repeatedly charged higher costs and then told they couldn’t find the promotion I signed up under. Repeatedly told to download more apps for free and trial period and charged premium for services I didn’t use. Customer service is not helpful as I addressed the payment issue when I saw the overcharge and was told I wouldn’t be charged the premium . So they blatantly lied.

Signed up for trial - have to to access the app, which is awful by the way. Extremely overwhelming. So I cancelled and deleted the app. Tell me why this company has tried half a dozen times to take 34.99 out of my account! Bank advised they would cancel it their end and to make sure I had cancelled subscription… I had. They’ve just tried again. Despite sending emails that confirm I’m no longer subscribed. Bank can’t stop them from repeatedly trying to take it. They can only help try to get the funds back if they take them successfully < Starling. Currently moving all my funds and direct debits to another bank that can keep me safer

While I have had to take a few unwanted breaks, some of the habits have stuck. I will continue to use the app for as long as I can.

What a scam
What a scam. You sign up for a free trial, which costs money btw..
Then they make you go through all kinds of pages, clicking on continue, no explanation or 'x' to click on to skip all that, and before you know it, you are already billed with amounts that, conveniently for Fabulous, are non-refundable. After all that, i was denied access to the app. I was refunded 1 euro. Not the 17 euro's that i apparently was lured into?

Not suitable for anyone who has a non standard working pattern
I keep getting invites to come back to this app and I’d love too but I can’t because it is unusable for me. I love the idea of it and I really want to use it but it is not customisable enough that someone who does shift work can use it. I cannot set a daily alarm because sometimes it would be in the middle of a 12 hour shift or in the middle of when I’m sleeping after a shift. There should be an option for people who have flexible shift patterns to plan a daily alarm time each day for the week ahead. It should be customisable enough to be able to put in plans just for the days I don’t have long work hours. I literally can’t get past the first stage to make this app work for me because of this.
