Publicidad engañosa
La aplicación me dijo que si podría valorar su trabajo con una contribución económica y por ingenua decidí valorarla con un dolar. Me suscribieron automáticamente a la aplicación sin mi consentimiento y comenzaron a cobrarme la tarifa mensual. Ahora que he escrito se niegan a darme un refund mencionando que la fecha de renovación está dicha sin embargo no debería haber ninguna fecha de renovación para una suscripción a la que YO NO ACCEDI ENTRAR.
Es publicidad engañosa y el contenido es bastante similar a muchas otras aplicaciones que te ayudan a organizarte y crear rutinas, nada especial y muy mal servicio al cliente.

The process is helpful but difficult to follow
The process is good and helpful. But I never know where I’m supposed to touch in the app to get to what I’m supposed to be doing. The routine is there but it’s frustrating to find it.

It’s not user-friendly
It’s not user-friendly, confusing & zero guidance! Contacted Customer service for assistance. In response I received a pathetic email with an AD about how great their app is! Excuse me, IF I can’t use your app, then it’s obviously NOT great! SMH!

I’ve only had this a few hours but I love it already. I have ADHD and dyspraxia, I like the visuals and engaging things like the buttons to press, music whilst doing a task, characters and animations. I still need to explore the app fully but so far am loving it. I love the suggestions list for the routines! Very extensive. My problem is trying not to pick too many

Really hard to cancel trial. It's digital herpes
I signed up for the trial then cancelled it. It kept taking more money for about 1 year! Turns out there's 5 seperate apps you have to unsubscribe from individually through the desktop website. It's a facking trap!!

They are scammers
They are scammers. You cancel the membership and they still keep trying to charge you. There is no way to delete your payment information, so be very careful before subscribing because it is extremely difficult to cancel in a clear and simple way. I am currently waiting for a response from their customer support, as they keep attempting to charge me and I have no way to stop it.

Just after the first day I already started feeling more hopeful and excited. I started coming out of my depressive slump and started making no changes. The micro-learning app is also amazing, I love the synopsis platform.

Don't download or even look at the website
I was just looking at fabulous. I never agreed to have any money taken. They took 3 payments in one day totaling £94.
I did manage to find where to request a refund and recieved 3 refund emails seconds later. Lets see if the money arrives in my account. Others have said they keep taking money even after canceling. I will keep sn eye on that too.

I didn’t get much of a chance to use…
I didn’t get much of a chance to use the app before the trail ended, however I loved everything about it. I ended up having to cancel because I simply can’t afford the monthly subscription prices. I know for a fact that as soon as I’m able to afford it, I’ll be coming right back!! The team who dealt with cancellation and putting a stop to the payments that kept trying to get removed did a wonderful job and were so quick to resolve the issue for me. I love this company !

The basic concept is fantastic and the routine tab with the ability to add and reorder habits a delight. I can see that using it will be very helpful. … But I don’t need the visuals and I HATE the sound effects and not being able to silence them. I can’t find the help files.
