Despite initial communication problems between myself and my tutor, The Fitness Group team have made an excellent lasting impression. Mel has been an amazing help in sorting out communication issues, membership, physical manuals and organising calls via the help email. Remus was excellent tutor and very knowledgeable in helping me with my Level 3 PT. I am now excited to be studying my exercise referral course with Mark and hopefully functional training in future. An excellent resource.

Gary is extremely helpful, informative and knows how to manage different personalities very well. What a legend! TFG sessions have been great and all individuals in the class have been amazing!

This is my second review, now after the stage 2 Mat Pilates Level 3 Instructor Diploma course in London. I felt very nervous about the assessment and delivering the exam, given the depth and layers of criteria required to successfully complete the assessment. However, on the day, everything changed and I felt calm and in control. This is thanks to the great support of my tutor, Allie, her helpful feedback and the fact that she gave us multiple opportunities to practice with peers of the cohort. All my questions were answered and I now feel well equipped to continue developing my teaching practice. I truly recommend this course and Allie as a tutor in particular! She’s knowledgeable, kind and patient - you won’t regret signing up!

I applied for the Platinum Course with The Fitness Group, and I couldn't be happier with the process. A massive thank you to Harry from the careers advisory team, he made everything go incredibly smoothly and was super helpful in getting me sorted.

The teaching and support I received from The Fitness Group was really excellent. I had a personal tutor to help me put together my class plan and a great teacher at the venue too. A really enjoyable and thorough course.

Wanted to follow up on my previous 5-star review to add what a brilliant experience the assessment days were with Allie this week! Thanks for making it such a fun experience, and quietening any nerves that myself and the wider group may have had before the big day :)

I have loved the Pilates course so far. Allie was amazing on the practical days, her experience and knowledge is fantastic and she really helps all of the learning come together in a way that gives you the confidence to teach! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Mel has been an absolute superstar with regards to assisting me with my struggles with technical aspects of computers and downloading documents. In many cases most staff members are usually trying to do the minimal amount of additional work to help customers as we all have experienced at one time or another and it’s so refreshing to have been assigned Mel as my support as I would have been unable to get to grips with the course just purely as I’m now 46 and prefer to use pen and paper and Mel has guided me to know how to get the coursework structured for me to complete my course work. I can’t thank Mel enough for all the effort and dedication in her job role. She most certainly is an asset to the company and team. I haven’t yet completed my course but I give five stars purely from my experience thus far.

Ricky learner support coordinator was really supportive and approachable throughout. He explained things clearly responded quickly to any questions and made the whole process much easier to manage. Great support overall.
