I am enjoying learning what I have learned so far and I am taking these initial steps to set my life priorities. I appreciate the flexibility of this program. I can not wait to begin to dive in and implement the practices I have learned.

I’m going to answer the questions I wish I’d known the answers to before I joined. The class is led onto be more exclusive than it is, the classes are filled with information that is available at no cost online. The greatest benefit of being a part of this community is the community in itself, the relationships you build with other real estate investors and lenders is far more beneficial than anything you’ll learn in the masterclass. The accountability calls are really a waste, our coach didn’t show for a couple calls and they were never made up. The program entirely is subpar at best, however, the networking and potential to develop long standing mutually beneficial relationship is worth the $15k you pay. Everyone who joined invested in their growth and development and so unlike other communities there is little worrying about being scammed or unserious opportunities to scale your business.

***We can pull the calls if there is a deeper problem here, however, the info provided below is incorrect and it seems as if getting feedback from students on the actual program is not the goal, just a 5 star review. My apologies for sharing my experience.

10/10 experience. Lessons are broken down in depth. All the information is in one place and It is organized and given at a good pace.

I have really enjoyed the time I’ve been with Flip Secrets thus far. The mentors are always here providing advice and feedback for any and everything we need to succeed. They are extremely passionate and patient with everyone. They will stay on calls until everyone has had their questions answered. They will also have pop calls to help just because they have extract time to share. The information given helps in pretty much all aspect of real estate. The encouragement you receive from the other members in the group makes you feel welcomed. I’m so excited for what’s to come.

The program is very informative. Jake does a great job on the knowledge. The other aspect is the connections, makes it a lot easier when you know who you can talk to when you have projects ready to go.

I enjoy the way the process is laid out. It is explained very clearly and the resources provided along the way alongs you to learn even more very fast. The best advice going into is to remember that the input you put in will help determine the outputs you experience.

I have been wanting to flip houses for many years...have taken many courses (from Carlton Sheets, Ron LeGrand, Armando Montelongo, and most recently Cody Sperber) although I did have success wholesaling, I never could find the missing pieces to actually fund a flip on my own...Jake's course fills in the missing pieces...AND teaches you a new way to look at this industry!

Jolly good show Jake! Your presentation is really interesting and captivating. I am a student of real estate investing with flips and property management experience as a licensed real estate broker. Very solid advice that is worthy of anyone’s time who is seriously interested in changing their finacial situation. Jolly good show!

This experience compliments one's efforts to grow and develop in real estate. Flip Secrets is the best at helping throughout the process.

My husband and I were completely new to real estate when we unfortunately got involved with some less-than-legitimate programs. Then, while scrolling through Facebook, we came across Jake with Flip Secrets and started following him on Instagram. After downloading his calculator, we were contacted shortly after.

At first, we thought, "What’s another system?" But this is not just another program—this is the system! Jake and all the coaches are incredibly down-to-earth and genuinely invested in your success. They provide the support and tools you need to succeed, but they won’t do the work for you. You have to bring the time, effort, and commitment, but if you’re serious about succeeding, they are there every step of the way.

Our mentor, Ed, has been amazing, and we also love the live Zoom sessions with Justin. His insights are incredible, and his faith-based approach resonates with us deeply. Every mentor in this program is inspiring, and watching them has fueled our motivation and drive.

If you can’t find the inspiration and determination to succeed with this program, it might not be the right fit for you. But for us, the only regret we have is not finding it sooner!

I felt good signing up with The Flip Secrets but they surpassed my expectations. The curriculum was actually enjoyable, as Jake makes it so easy to keep engaged. Their communication is spot on and the networking is incredible. I stuck with it and I’m glad for it because this partnership is lifelong.

What is making. My experience great is the community, it is everyone helping each other in such a positive way! I mean every meeting, every time you reach out for help there has been some body ready to help not only with answers but offering to help in some way! I had never experienced something like this!!!

My home away from home. the flip secrets has definitely been an eye opener. I’ve been in residential construction for ten years and never knew there was help out there to becoming a flipper. The Flip Secrets has taught me how to run my numbers and has giving me all the resources to find funding so i don’t pay anything out of pocket. The Flip family has been so helpful just constantly learning. no one project is the same nor is it easy. Every day i get on coaching calls even if it’s just to listen there is always something to learn and i love it. Sam Jones has definitely definitely definitely been a big part of my growth and works so hard for everyone everyday. the biggest part of the flip secrets is the flip family. we’re all united we come together everyday ask questions listen and help each other. i can’t wait to look back and be proud of what i’ve become and be proud to say i got here because of the flip secrets.

I would recommend this course to everyone who is looking to join the Flipping adventure! Jake has created an excellent educational experience. He breaks down how to be successful in the flipping process and all the exit strategies. My accountability coach Julia was so helpful throughout my mentoring period with her and gave me the keys to be successful in obtaining all elements to make my first flip possible.
The Flip Secrets community is like no other community I have been a part of. Sam Jones is a phenomenal mentor. She is always giving her time to help us with our questions, comps, and finding the right ARV. You can approach her with anything and she will find a way to help you wherever she can. I can always go to Sam for advice on a property or dealing with a lender. Our community is always looking for ways to help each other out and make sure the deal is right. There is so much support from Sam and other mentors as well as the students. If you are willing to put in the hard work you will be successful in your flipping carrier.

Hi, I can't say enough about this program. It's the truth. Help support and guidance. All the teachers are on point. And man-o-man, That SAM JONES, is sooo hands on with us. It's so much more then I am aloud to write here. She is really God sent. And I really really mean it. This program is your last stop you'll ever have to make. What are you waiting for?? Are you looking for opportunity, which is worthy of your time? Well, the Masterclass program with Flip Secrets is where you need to be. Super support by the mentoring group, especially Sam. It is not for the weak in spirit. Come willing to work, and you will get the results you want. I have done other real estate programs, but this program is the best I have found so far.

Great program for anyone interested in learning how to do real estate investing in particular fix and flips.

I love the program. Lots and lots of education. Only thing is I would like to see the videos where Jake talks about costs updated. I was basing prices off of a 2018 video. Little more than that now. But the program is awesome.
