Very good service

Thank you for our lovely new carpet. The Floor Room team at John Lewis couldn’t have been more helpful. The communication through every step was fantastic from providing the carpet samples to arranging the fitting and following up afterwards. We will definitely be using them again and we are already planning our next project.

I had been considering having a new floor to replace my old carpets for a while. I visited The Floor Room in John Lewis by chance I was impressed by the look and feel of the Karndean samples. I was given a quote by Bensi who was extremely helpful with his advice.
After the home measure, I waited about a month for my new floor, which was expertly laid by Darryl Oxton.
I am more than pleased with my new floor and would recommend The Floor Room to anyone considering a new floor.

Richard and staff at The Floor Room, John Lewis in Exeter, have offered a service and experience second to none. So far we have had a bedroom carpeted and are expecting flooring for the kitchen to be fitted shortly. Kenny, the fitter, also did a first rate job, helped move the furniture and uplifted and disposed of the old flooring. Thanks to all and we will be back to further complete our project.

Richard who served us knew exactly when to be there to help and when to leave us to look. He has a lovely manner and was a great help.

Kenny who then came and fitted the carpet was very thorough, did a great job of the fitting and cleaned up well afterwards.

I recently had the delightful experience of purchasing the most stunning kitchen flooring and carpets for three other rooms in my home. I couldn't be more thrilled with the exceptional quality and service I received! Bethany Watts (John Lewis, Exeter), the flooring consultant who guided me through the entire process, was an absolute joy. Her sunny disposition and genuine interest in my needs made the whole experience even more special. Bethany’s expert advice and the variety of samples she provided were invaluable, helping me make the perfect choices in style and colour for my home. Truly, it was a wonderful journey from start to finish!

After visiting the store and selecting carpets we encountered difficulties around arranging for Estimator to visit and also similar problems arranging for fitting. We had a couple of problems on the day of fitting the carpets but the team at The Floor Room in John Lewis Exeter, particularly Richard, were excellent and resolved everything.

The Floor Room at John Lewis were extremely helpful and creative in assisting with carpet and wood flooring choices. Service was swift and communication couldn't have been better. Richard was really helpful.The fitters were diligent and polite and I would have no hesitation in using the Floor Room again in the future.

Despite a slow start in getting a quote I was really pleased with my new floor. It was an extremely competitive price followed up with good service.
The floor fitter could not have been better or more helpful. He did a superb job . The floor room was able to match and join through from an existing flooring making it look like it had all been put down together.
I would definitely go back.

I popped in to enquire about Coretec flooring for my listed property and found them extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I needed something to go on top of underfloor heating and Cortec will be perfect! Thank you for your help!

I recently came to John Lewis to get my floor redone in my kitchen and a couple of bedrooms. To my surprise, there was this brand new flooring company. I was absolutely blown away by their expertise, friendly approach and affordability. They went through the whole process with me from picking out the tiles and carpet to the actual fitting itself. I 100% recommend!!

John was so helpful when he measured up for our new carpets and went through everything clearly with us and happily answered all our many questions. Very pleased with the service so far.
