Excellent service following an order issue. The order was quickly corrected and I got a freebie! Products are good quality too. I will use again.

Product was delivered to neighbour despite my request for it to be delivered to my local pick-up up point were I not in, and I received no notification that it had been delivered. However, the FoodMarket support team was extremely helpful and responded promptly to my enquiry and the merchant is taking it up with DPD.

The customer service from The Food Market has been excellent. One of the items I had purchased was out of stock. They quickly sorted it out for me with no issues whatsoever. They dealt with me courteously and efficiently.

I placed my first order last week and was very disappointed when the box arrived with half the quantity ordered. From past experience just trying to get hold of suppliers, prove this and be reimbursed/receive the missing items has been so difficult I thought it was going to be another frustrating, time consuming process.
I couldn’t have been more wrong. I clicked on the ‘contact us by email link’ on my order confirmation email and the next day I had a response from The food market team, followed by an apology from the supplier. The rest of my order arrived the next day.
The food market has restored my confidence in on line customer service. They couldn’t have been more helpful and respectful and resolved my problem with great speed and efficiency.
I will definitely order from them again and recommend them.

I ordered a gift for a friend, however the order didn't seem to arrive or so I thought. I wrote to customer services and they responded saying they would look into it. I thought that was the last I would hear but sure enough a day later they informed me it had been delivered and to whom. A day or so after that Rui, from customer services contacted me again with the link to the delivery site and checking if i had managed to locate it and attached the proof of delivery. They were apologetic and concerned and this was so nice considering it was completely out of their control. You don't get great customer service very often so I felt I had to write a review!

I am very, very happy with TheFoodMarket.com I ordered a hamper for a Christmas present. The website was really easy to use with lots of choice. The delivery came exactly when it said it would and the quality of the goods was excellent. The whole experience was great, and it was just what I wanted.

Asked about a Christmas product they had last year, and when it came in they updated me right away so I could order it. Great service! The stuff is always good, but it's the service that keeps me coming back to these people.

What a find this website is! It's like a Borough market online with small local businesses and delicious food products. All are available to browse in one spot. Absolutely fantastic gift hamper, full of tasty treats and cannot wait to enjoy. Very easy to order, tracked delivery and secure packaging (with ice packs!).
