I purchased an agenda which was shipped to Italy from the Chinese warehouse, it took 6 weeks to realize that the agenda was sent back and once contacted the support I was told it could not be sent back as it was damaged. So I had to change the type of agenda because the previous one was not available anymore. The new agenda took another 3 weeks to arrive, I ordered the agenda end of November and arrived in March, so I wasted nearly 3 months of use, but I guess things happen sometimes. I have always purchased Freedom Mastery for its contents, after 2 weeks of use the back of the agenda breaks off, showing that the amount of paper used to hold the outer frame with the internal agenda was basically none. To be honest I was fed with this and I purchased a competitor agenda, reading reviews more rugged then freedom mastery. I guess that when you start mass producing in China without a good quality control, this sort of things happen, so I ask for a refund. After days the support replies saying that they cannot process a full refund for AN ALREADY DELIVERED ITEM, but they can offer a replacement. Considering that any item will be delivered at a certain point, I am guessing if they can offer a refund at all to any customer and if their claim "30-days money back guarantee" is just nice marketing working. Good words in the agenda, quite awarage product and low support.

I’ve literally joined this on Thursday evening and it’s Saturday now and I can tell that I’m right where I need to be, to make the changes to my life, that I want, excellent course and support, Thanx Tom and everyone involved.

I mistakably left a review for another company with a VERY SIMILAR name on this site. The response I got from "The Freedom Mastery" was extremely kind, considerate, and polite. I hope I can correct that mistake by promoting this team.

I want to acknowledge upfront that my original review was written under a genuine misunderstanding. I confused The Freedom Mastery with Freedom Mastery Planners, a separate company I have ordered from for several years. The similarity in business names led me to believe they were the same business, and I did not initially notice the difference between the domains (.co.uk vs .com) or that The Freedom Mastery operates as an Airbnb education company rather than a planner company.

That mistake is mine, and I fully own it.

This review is not about a product issue, shipping concern, or refund request. It is specifically about the company’s response once the confusion was identified and clarified.

Rather than providing clarification about who they are or what services they offer, or requesting removal of the review due to the mix-up, the response escalated publicly in a way that focused on discrediting the reviewer and dismissing the concern, without first offering explanation or direct communication.

This situation could have been resolved quickly and respectfully with a simple clarification. Instead, it escalated due to the tone and approach taken in the public response.

Consumers make mistakes, and businesses are often judged by how they respond when those mistakes occur.

I am leaving this three-star review because it accurately reflects my experience with The Freedom Mastery’s customer response and professionalism. While I take full responsibility for the initial confusion, this rating reflects how the situation was handled once that misunderstanding was acknowledged.

Mistakes happen, and professionalism is demonstrated through patience, clarity, and respectful communication. In this instance, the emphasis appeared to be on protecting public ratings rather than reflecting on how the situation itself was handled.

Future customers deserve to understand how this company responds to an honest error so they can decide whether that approach aligns with their expectations.

I recently had a group session with my mentor Kamil, where we talked about shifting our mindset. How to approach success differently, why we should never give up, and how every setback can actually be seen as an opportunity rather than a failure.

What I truly appreciate is that, alongside his wealth of knowledge, Kamil also provides incredible mental support and encouragement, which really keeps us motivated to stay on track and move forward towards our goals.

Great live weekly session last night. The focus was on how we can push through negativity and achieve our goals. The part that resonated mostly with me was when Kamil said not to let problems stop you. They can be overcome with the right mindset. Having a mentor to hold your hand through the process is so much less frightening when problems arise as his positive energy is very reassuring. Obstacles and problems in business are a natural part of the process and we must face them and tackle them accordingly.

Buyer beware! This company lists different prices for the same product, and you can find it much cheaper elsewhere on their website. Beyond the pricing issues, I never received my product—neither electronically nor physically. I reached out three times over two weeks, but I received no response. I ultimately disputed the charge. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I will never purchase from this company again. I cannot recommend this business to anyone.

I have booked for a consultation call with Kamil. He asked me fee questions to understand by business and where I am with it. Based on that he provided with advised and suggestions of what should be changed in order to secure my first R2SA. Kamil is very open and enthusiastic person and I appreciate the time that he offered to me.

Great call today with kamil. Gave me the knowledge and resources I need to get started. Great to know he's always there if I do need him again at any point. Would definitely recommend his business for sure.
