I bought and paid for some items on the online shop on the 31st Aug. On the 9th Sept, I was notified that an item wasn't in stock and a display model would not suit. I cancelled the purchase and they issued a refund on the same day.I'm still waiting for it on the 17th Sept.I can't understand why it would take so long for them to realise the item wasn't in stock not to mention the time it's taking for the refund. I could have bought elsewhere alot sooner,if my money was returned. I'm sure their shop is reputable but their online business needs some attention.

The fronds were cut from the Fern Tree despite website clearly stating they would not be cut in summer. That is illegal false and misleading advertising.
The bag of grit was burst.
2 banana trees arrived malnutritioned and in poor condition.

3/3 items ordered - had a problem. Customer services is absolutely useless and taking no responsibility / accountability.
Appalling service, Would advise all to shop elsewhere.

I had an amazing experience buying from the Garden shop the team there are amazing so helpful and so easy to buy plans and garden vases on line thank you so much I will continue to buy from The Garden Shop incredible value also the cheapest by far across many different garden shops

This is my second order, fast delivery, well packaged and beautiful plant which is in peak condition and bigger than expected. I will definitely order again, highly recommend.

I have been dealing with this company for well over a year now, out of almost 40 items bought separately, only had 2 problems, and these were problems out of their control, yet they took on the responsibility and arranged a re-delivery , no questions asked, brilliant prompt customer service and a true pleasure to deal with.

I had a issue with a product that I bought online which can happen, nobody is perfect.
The customer service response was excellent and I got a full refund.

The plants were not packaged to be protected in anyway, no balloon packaging as before. Plus there was slug and frost damage on tomato plants. Broken smashed we plants .l will not purchase from this seller again . Burnt once twice shy.

I ordered 10 solar lights. They arrrived without instructions. 1 of the 10 worked. There was such a farce in getting the broken ones replaced that after nearly 2 weeks I gave up and told them I would not be pursuing replacements anymore and that I would take the financial hit. I cannot recommend.

Excellent Customer Service. Despite it being one of the busiest times of the year, plants and items were delivered in good condition promptly. Katie went the extra mile when I had a query and promptly quelled my concern.

Boughr a rainwater tank, which was all wrapped on arrival. After unwrapping, it had visible marks of previous use and layers of accumulated dirt in various parts . Will never give my custom back to this shop and certainly wont recommend them for online purchases

I have bought many plants from this company. They have all been delivered quickly in excellent condition. I am happy to recommend them.

I ordered a tree from this shop as a Christmas gift for my granny, and unfortunately it wasn’t delivered on time. But this is not a bad review. The shop handed the plant over to the courier on time, and the delay was 100% An Post’s fault. Katie from the customer support team apologised for the delay even though it wasn’t their fault at all, and she issued a full refund to make sure I wasn’t disappointed by the situation. Thankfully, I had a backup gift for my granny, but I will definitely be ordering that tree again from GardenShop because they are an honest and trustworthy business. I was given a gift voucher for my birthday. I'm a keen gardener and I grow fruit and vegetables as well as herbs and flowers. It's an expensive hobby so I was thrilled with this gift. I was able to buy all my weedkiller, pesticides, plant food, grow bags, slug pellets and a gorgeous new birdhouse for the smaller birds as the seagulls keep attacking them! I found all the products very reasonable, the staff willing to help with any query, and everything was delivered properly packed and on time. I can't recommend them enough and it feels good to support smaller Irish business' like this. I'll definitely be back to buy more.

Purchased the 4 tier wooden greenhouse. Was missing a couple of pieces but they were extremely efficient at getting them out to me. The house arrived within 24 hours and the missing pieces also arrived 24 hours later. Couldn’t fault their customer service and Katie kept me informed at all times. Will definitely make further purchases in the future.
