First Clase Customer Service - rarely seen!!
I recently purchased (from Amazon) an item which, when it arrived, was damaged. I contacted Chris at around 4pm on a Wednesday, discussed the issue and within 20min a new item was purchased and on its way to me. By 8:50am the next morning it had arrived. Chris was brilliant throughout and obviously understands the meaning of 'amazing customer service'. I cannot recommend him and the Giftery enough. I'd never heard of them before this - but I'll certainly go to them direct next time I need something for wifeys birthday! Thank you Chris!
