Ordered item and it was mailed with my address incomplete so was returned to sender. After having waited 10days I was refunded only the product cost less the shipping. My address was listed complete on the billing portion of order, I did not make a shipping label that was missing my street name it was created, put on the order and It was put into mail by someone in their company but that mistake cost me $7.37. Correspondence was short/rude and NOT customer friendly. When I was told I would only be refunded the product I replied immediately that I do not agree with that and that I want the products resent. They did not respond.

The company is so easy to work with.

This program has greatly impacted our strength and conditioning program. Our students are more engaged and have purchased their own red straps to practice at home

My daughter enjoys the live virtual classes offered with the Godfrey On Demand program. She enjoys the music that plays in the background as she does the exercises. As an observer I could see immediate results and believe it’s due to the progression of the class and science behind the placement of each exercise. I would have given the 4th star if participants were given individual feedback, even if was just a few. That would make the participant feel like someone is actually watching them. General comments however are given based on the observations of the teachers.

My daughter took the virtual flexibility class that was offered and she absolutely loved it! It was very interactive and really an amazing class! Highly recommend!

The thing that I really loved about the Gophery Method was that they used multiple choices for the people that were new to the exercises or the people that already know te exercise. I think I got many good things to help me with my turns. I hope I can take another class with you!

We have been using the method for a few months now and I could not recommend the programme more! The website is so easy to use and has an abundance of exercises for every element of dance that you could think of. I have seen the improvement in our dancers since implementing The Godfrey Method exercises into our classes and look to diving into more of them as the year progresses. I wish I had found this programme sooner!

Great platform for teachers looking for new ideas!

I cannot thank Jonathan & Chelsea enough for creating such a wonderful on-demand learning platform for dancers around the world. My daughter has improved leaps and bounds in her dance ever since using this months ago. If you’re looking to sharpen your technique, increase flexibility or strengthen weak muscles - look no further. The Godfrey Method is easy to use and follow - most exercises take only a few minutes each day - and if you commit to it you can see results very soon. Also, recently I faced some technical issues and the Godfrey Method team was patient and helpful in helping me to resolve. Thank you and keep up the good work!

My daughter (7) started taking the on demand classes a few weeks ago and she LOVES them. We love how detailed they are and how they break everything down before diving in to the workout. Makes it very easy for her to follow. It is the perfect addition to her daily routine and just what we were searching for!

The Godfrey Method has helped my daughter’s dance technique. She struggled with bent knees for years and by training with the Godfrey Method, she can correctly straighten her knees without pain. So many areas of her technique improved including her feet and her ankle strength. It shows through in all of her dancing. I highly recommend the on demand program. The blocks and bands are also the best out there.

I am a flexibility coach and I use this band daily with my students! This band is fantastic and I highly recommend. Here are some details on why I like this band: 1. Length - this band is extra long, which is great for tall students and those with less flexibility. 2. Elasticity - this band has the perfect amount of elasticity, not too firm and not too stretchy. 3. Width/thickness - the band has a premium feel to it and I like the thickness of the band because it keeps it from slipping. 4. Loopholes - the band has 13 loopholes, making it easy to find the center!

The on-demand lessons and solo critiques are worth the price! The critiques are the most detailed I’ve ever received, and in a way my daughters could easily understand.

Great company in person and on demand. They take every detail in to thought and train these kids and their bodies the right way. Love Godfrey Method!

Excellent, thoughtful On Demand Program with so many levels of varying exercises. They are all super easy to implement into classes and I've seen a huge improvement in my student's fundamentals, flexibility, and strength. Highly recommend.
