The Green Company Reviews

Great products and excellent customer services. My first order went missing in the post and The Green Company were quick to arrange a replacement. I particularly like the Eco Laundry Detergent and the Lavender Fabric Conditioner which leaves a subtle fragrance on my laundry in contrast to some other brands that can be quite overpowering.

I gave the Green Co laundry sheets a try as part of my efforts to make my household more sustainable. I will definitelybe adding these to the repertoire!
I opted for 'fresh linen' scented laundry sheets, and fabric conditioner sheets. I set them to work on a large load of post holiday darks. The results were impressive. Clean laundry that had no smell of anything chemical, just freshness. Our hard water meant I needed to use two sheets, the box would cover 32 washes here rather than 64, but that's still equivalent to a box of powder detergent.
These score points for delivery, the eco-friendly packaging, the ethical production, the effectiveness, and the space saving, TOP MARKS!

It is easy to order from The Green Company website and orders are always delivered promptly. I regularly use the unscented laundry sheets and hand soaps and have purchased dish cloths. The products are effective and easy to use.
I like that the laundry sheets leave no mess in the washing machine dispenser and can easily be torn to accommodate the size of the wash / how dirty the load is to avoid over use.
The hand soaps are very economical, only requiring two pumps, in our very hard water area, to clean the hands effectively.
The dish cloths appear hard wearing and effective.

EDITED TO INCLUDE A REFUND WAS FORTHCOMING EVENTUALLY but still disappointed on lack of delivery. Cancelled subscription

Very disappointed that my order, which was placed 11 days ago still hasn't arrived. I've already asked for a refund for the missing item. And at the moment, I've not had a positive response to that. if I do I will remove my negative review, but as I have had to buy the products elsewhere, I can't give it anything other than one star. As the item didn't arrive, I cannot give any rating whatsoever to the product because i've not had chance to use it and i've had to buy elsewhere

These laundry detergent and fabric softener sheets are fantastic quality and I'm so happy with the cleaning results. I'm pleased I can support a UK family based company who operate in such an ethical and Earth friendly way. I'll definitely purchase more in future.

These washing sheets are much better at getting rid of biological stains, than the first make I tried so I will keep using them. I order them whenever I need more - the packs do not take up much space. Delivery is smooth.

The Green Sheet laundry sheets are ok but the Green Tabs dishwasher tablets are terrible. Bought the box in June & I've continued trying with them, rearranging the dishwasher etc, but nothing helps. Hardly removes anything from cutlery. Won't be buying again. Disappointing

The laundry and conditioner sheets are just lovely. Customer service is excellent, friendly and prompt.

I'm a very satisfied Green Company customer using the eco laundry sheets (fresh linen smells great) and eco dishwasher tablets. Both do an excellent job. Space saving, delivered straight to your door and a British Brand with fantastic customer service, I'd thoroughly recommend.

I enjoy the laundry detergent. I also had an issue with the delivery company (that sent back the package), the customer service immediately took care of it.
Overall very happy with this company

Highly recommend this company - especially love their laundry sheets and dishwasher tabs. So reassuring not to be using harsh chemicals. Always speedy delivery.

Fast delivery and great communication. I have been using the sheets fir 2 weeks now and they are doing a good job, clothes coming out clean and fresh. Great product.

Most cleaning products are full of petrochemicals and state on the back “harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects “ but we don’t read it!!
I went refill of eco products at my local market but still had loads of plastic bottles. The Green Company solved that with products that actually WORK!

10/10 Experience.
I love the laundry sheets as they do actually clean well and the slim boxes store nicely on top of my washing machine (so less clutter in the cupboards since I dont use big bottles of liquid anymore) I have these on a subscription order which is very convenient and I am able to adjust the order if necessary. No quibble.
Communication is excellent with quick, friendly and professional replies.
I will definitely be trying other products from this company as I aim to he more sustainable whilst supporting independent retailers.

Amazing products, people and company. Would 100000% recommend. Lise, Wipe.

This is a great company. All their products are first class. They arrive well packaged and very promptly.
Leanne always responds promptly to any communication I have with her.
Thank you.

The items I bought are very nice and the smell is very pleasant also. The foam is not sticky when you use it , really worth the money.

I have been using their laundry sheets for over a year now. I am very impressed with them and my washing is clean with minimal effect on the environment!
I have a subscription, and when I thought I was running low before I was due my next delivery, I asked on the website for my delivery now and the sheets arrived the next day.

The green sheets and conditioner sheets are fabulous to wash with. They totally dissolve and clean the laundry leaving it with a delicate freshness. An additional bonus is not having to measure out messy liquids anymore… what’s not to like !

I've been using these products for over 6 months now and will never go back! I use the hand soap throughout my house, dishwashing pods, laundry detergent and fabric softener, and cleaning sprays. I've noticed a difference in my energy and bloating by cutting out more toxic plastics in my household and using these products. The subscription service is easy to use to have recurring orders. The laundry detergent always leaves a fresh smell and does a great job working through the hard water. The one improvement that should be made is the glass cleaning spray leaves streaks across the mirrors.
