I was VERY sceptical at first having…
I was VERY sceptical at first having never taken any type of cannabis or cbd at all before...
Christine was great - very honest and helpful.
I have now been using the Full spectrum oil for 6 months now and it has made a huge difference to my pain levels.
I was taking pain killers and anti-inflammatory medication on a daily basis - now after 6 months i take it maybe once or twice a week.
My sports physio has noticed an improvement as well so it can't all be pyschological...
It doesn't work for everyone but for me it has been brilliant. I wouldn't buy from anywhere else as this works for me...

But wow this stuff is great it actually helps no end and quite quickly, I never leave hm without it.
Would recommend to anyone with pain eg back arms muscles it's fab well worth the money.

2 exercises to help.
Glute bridges and planks.
Aligns you pelvis and takes pressure of sciatic nerves and pelvis, squeeze your bum cheeks as hard as you can for 20 seconds (hold) and relax for 20 seconds on both exercises
Do 3 sets of each exercise
