Excellent communication when placing the order, High level of attention to detail. Beautifully packaged painting starter kit, with so many small touches added to the packaging. Beautiful Hand written card of handlettering studios own design, it's all done with so much love and care . It arrived in time with in a safe package by the Royal Mail. The packaging was of high standard.
The writing and the design on the frame was extremely adorable, pleasing and satisfactory to all standard.
My wife liked it very much.
