I was referred to The Hearing People…
I was referred to The Hearing People via my GP in Hastings. The audiologist Pranash James examined and tested my ears and was extremely professional throughout my appointment. I was given a new pair of hearing aids which have improved my hearing. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Amazing to hear properly!!!
So straight forward booking an appointment online. Booked appointment at 5.00pm Thursday for Friday at 1.45pm.
The audiologist Dona M Jose examined and tested my ears and explained everything in simple easy ways to understand. By 3.30pm she was able to prescribe a pair of hearing aids that have miraculously restored my hearing to a level that I haven’t enjoyed for years.
She then downloaded the Be more app. to my iPhone and explained the procedure to select the options on the hearing aids.
Very impressed with the whole set up.

I was delighted with the service
I was delighted with the service offered by Dona and the team. On line booking was very straight forward. At the clinic, Dona was very helpful and a very good communicator explaining the process and what would happen

Call centre
I had my hearing aid fitted and it was a very satisfactory experience. HOWEVER, I had to change date of follow up appointment. THis was a nightmare, bearing in mind I am somewhat deaf, I was speaking to someone whose accent was so strong, I could hardly understand a word that was said. It was a long conversation of “pardons”” “didnt get that”. What is the point of employing people to speak to hard of hearing customers, if their first language isnt English..?

Knowledgeable audiologist
Took my 88 year old father for a hearing assessment Pranosh James was excellent explaining clearly what my father needed to do as he had his hearing tested. My father was fitted with hearing aids and what a difference l can't remember the last time l spoke with my father without having to shout. Excellent service by a very knowledgeable audiologist would highly recommend to anyone who has impaired hearing.

Both of my NHS hearing aids had broken…
Both of my NHS hearing aids had broken tubing and one was unusable. I got an appointment at The Hearing People at Hastings Plaza and was seen immediately. A very pleasant audiology expert replaced the tubes on both aids at no charge. Great service and highly recommended.
