Horrid customer support experience. Never responds to outreach attempts despite receiving a shoe that was not fitting. Have yet to be able to return or exchange it at all. Don’t waste your money.

Ordered two pairs of sunglasses on the 27th March, received an email to say they were dispatched on the 30th March. They still haven’t arrived and they ignore all my emails and messages on instagram. Scam. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company!!!

Was really concerned after I ordered…
Was really concerned after I ordered the 2 bags for £40 offer and only received one. I emailed them and received a response back promptly about how sorry they were and they sent my entire order again for free. They handled this situation really well and because of this will be shopping here again. Thanks for all of your help guys.

This company is a scam. Made an order a month ago and it still hasn't arrived, hasn't even been dispatched. They have 0 customer service. There is no customer service number an they don't reply to emails. THIS 'COMPANY' IS ILLEGAL

Ordered some sunglasses and a back for my girlfriends birthday over a month ago when the parcel came the glasses were missing ive since spent 3 weeks emailing and messaging social media accounts however haven't heard anything back no sign of money or item???

Really bad experience, would not recommend
I have not received my parcel after almost a month now and all my emails and messages via Instagram. Messages are being ignored. I wouldn't recommend this website to anyone. Don't shop here. I feel put off as a customer and I feel that I have been treated poorly, not getting the service I would expect from a professional company.To be honest I want a refund. These people need to improve their customer care service big time. The whole point of getting a parcel is to get it on time. I ordered a bag specifically for a special occasion on standard delivery which is 5 - 7 working days if I'm not wrong and it still hasn't arrived yet and by the looks of things it won't arrive on time. I am beyond very shocked and appalled by this service as I had high hopes from this website/company. Your better off keeping your money rather than waiting months for a parcel. If i knew this was the case, I would have never shopped here. I've read other reviews and many are facing the same problem. Please guys I would suggest you don't shop here to avoid disappointment. Another thing I would like to point out is that professional websites usually have all contact details provided but with this website they don't, you can only contact them via email, which isn't good because if you are in a situation like mine, you can't contact them directly. I don't know what they have done but I am also unable to login to my account, making it even harder for me. when I login it tells me there is no account with the email. I used to order my item.
Update: After all the frustration they got back to me via email hopefully they will do something about this issue.

Does anyone had the customer service number ? I places and order the beginning of February delivery day says 5-7 working days. I only revived one of my items 3 weeks late my other item I have no received I have emailed 6 times and no one has replied to me. This is appalling customer service .

The bags are great! Although there were a few problems with dispatch and late delivery it was resolved well by April in the customer service team. She reassured me and helped me alot.
