Ordered a coat that arrived faulty which I was not impressed with as I had spent a lot of money on it. Told them about it and they sent me out a new one and gave me a £10 voucher. Really good service.

Brilliant quality items! My order did arrive late but I think most parcels are delayed at the minute. Will be ordering again soon.

My order was delivered late which I was very disappointed with.

But then I contacted the instagram page about this and they gave me a partial refund from my order plus a £5 gift card to use on my next order.

Incredible customer service.

I ordered a jumper from Chloe Brockett’s new collection which arrived with a huge hole in it, sent pictures over to them and within 48 hours I had a new one with me. I’d like to thank Louise who was so helpful and couldn’t do more to help get this sorted for me.

My order didn’t arrive within the stated time frame, so I emailed asking for a refund for the postage as I had paid for express shipping. A very kind member of the team got back to me stating the lateness delivery wasn’t actually their fault but was the couriers, and despite this still refunded me and gave me a code for my next purchase. Extremely happy with how this was resolved and will certainly be shopping here again.

The faux fur on my coat is unbelievable, can’t believe the quality for the price I paid. Absolute bargain 👏

Placed an order 6th November, item hadn’t been delivered three weeks later, sent 5 emails to customer services requesting delivery information but had no response at all. There is no other way to contact customer services if you have an issue with your order.
I have now raised a dispute through pay pal.
Will never shop here again.

I was a bit scared about ordering from here after seeing a few bad reviews, but I guess a company can’t always be perfect, as I have ordered from here 3 times since my first purchase in October and I have had 0 problems whatsoever so I have never had to Contact the customer service. I would recommend this shop :)

The customer service here was very helpful and friendly when I had an issue with my order that arrived damaged. Would definitely shop here again because of how things were handled.

A couple of months ago I purchased 2 bags. Little did I know that I wouldn’t see them. 3 weeks later I started emailing them to know if everything was fine with my order, no reply. I emailed them like 3 times no replies. Therefore, I started sending dms which they did not reply at first. I say at first because in order to get their attention I had to comment on their posts telling them to send me my order that I’ve been waiting long enough. I did that several times in order to get their attention. These people had the audacity to lie to my face promising me gifts for the poor customer service and that I’ll receive my order in the next few days..it’s been 2 months I repeat and I have not received anything. They’ve been lying to me all along just to shut me up literally. If you don’t wanna go through my experience do not buy anything from them cause you’ll regret. I’ll keep you guys updated. Today is 26/11/20, almost 2 months since I’ve placed my order. Let’s see if they eventually send my order..horrible customer service! Check all the reviews properly and you’ll see I’m not the first or last. Even their amazing reviews are fake do not fall for that check the bad ones you’ll be amazed by how bad they are.

UPDATE: They gave me a refund after seeing my review and even asked me to delete it as they have given me the money back. Funny enough one of the bags I ordered is not even on the website anymore which makes me think although it was still on the website they were out of stock smh. Never again.

I NEED A WORKEE FROM THE HELLA SHOP TO CONTACT ME RIGHT AWAY. I have ordered two bags one the 16th of October and now it’s still not here. I am frustrated and disappointed and I feel like I have been scammed.
