Juliet made the whole booking process seamless. She chose the most fantastic hotel for our trip and was constantly on hand to ensure everything was perfect. It was our anniversary whilst away and she organised our table reservations and also had a card left at the table for us - what a lovely touch! I can’t say enough positive things about Juliet and my experience of booking a holiday through her. It was a complicated adventure type holiday and she was patient and organised with my planning and the itinerary we received was perfect. We went to Japan and thought it would be much harder to navigate than it was, but given all the information we received and the detailed plans it was actually really simple. My daughter and I asked Carrie to arrange a special holiday to celebrate our birthdays this year, and she came up trumps! She listened to our ideas, worked with our thoughts, was creative with ideas and was extremely patient with my worries. Carrie included both of us in discussions and also involved her colleague who had personal experience of the resort to offer further guidance. She kept us up to date with information throughout the whole experience, checking in with us regularly and answering our on-going questions. She was perfect and we would happily return to her in the future.

Having not been abroad for many years, we used 'Carrie at The Holiday Fixer' to help us choose location, book flights, transfer from the airport, accommodation, etc, and we couldn't be more pleased.
We had an amazing holiday which Carrie organised, and the holiday met all our requirements. We spent a fantastic 11 days in Cavtat, Croatia, in an amazing spacious apartment which had stunning views out to sea, Cavtat Town and surrounding islands.
Carrie was always on hand to assist with any queries we had, and we had an amazing holiday and created fantastic memories. Cavtat town itself is amazing, a beautiful harbour surrounded by restaurants, it was lovely to watch the world go by, watching the luxury yachts come and go.
We highly recommend Carrie at The Holiday Fixer and will definitely be in touch again to plan next years trip!

Adry was amazing from start to finish. She really listened to what we were looking for, for our honeymoon in the Maldives. She gave us a couple of different options to choose from within our budget, with lots of amazing things included. We had the most amazing time and it couldn’t have gone better. I contacted Carrie to ask about booking a holiday. Gave her requirements and she came back with 4 to look at . We chose what holiday we wanted after looking at her recommendations . From start to finish Carrie sorted our whole holiday , her attention to detail is second to none . She kept us up to date and took care of everything . We had a wonderful holiday it exceeded all expectations . The Hotel , The Team , the food and accommodation were brilliant . Working with Gemma really took any stress out of holiday booking. She kept us updated on any changes and dealt with all visas, flight check-ins, connections and other life admin allowing us to just relax and count down to the holiday.

I recently used Carrie to book our trip to Sani Resort and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience!

Thank you Helen for organising a quality holiday to Mallorca for us. The location at Port Soller was ideal. From the chic Eden hotel there were portside walks and cafes to enjoy. The quaint tram ride to Soller past orange and lemon groves was especially memorable. Also, the local ferry around the scenic coastline to Sa Calobra was brilliant.

Yet another holiday booked by the very lovely Anita at The Holiday Fixer.

We wanted a relaxed and chilled week away in the sun, with a lovely hotel, good food and nothing to do except enjoy being away.

Mission accomplished AGAIN by Anita. So thank you and also for my birthday cake on arrival. Attention to detail as always!

Juliet handled everything for us and what we needed more than anything or time to be saved and service provided our precious time back and she found the perfect holiday, quickly and too budget. She also answered questions we had accurately and promptly. Highly recommend

Adry has been absolutely incredible in her organising and managing of our 3-week honeymoon. South Korea is new to us so she's arranged a day with a local, food tour and day trips, and even for the Japan leg of the trip (Japan being a country we're more familiar with) she's managed to find us incredible new experiences and listened to every tiny request, down to the type of onsen-style bathtub we wanted in our room. Absolutely incredible service and I can't recommend her enough!

We had some ideas about visiting Australia to visit our daughter. This company listened to our ideas and came back with an embellished itinerary. We have visited Sydney, The Whitsunday islands with a reef sleep’ where we got to scuba and snorkel on the Great Barrier Reef…then we discovered Noosa ..what a chilled vibe!…back to Sydney today to say farewell to our daughter…the ease of having things organised for you adds to the holiday feeling, will be returning customers for sure 👌

We’ve booked our holiday through Charlotte Clarke for the first time this year. It was great seeing the different options she came up with. Without the stress of trawling through loads of sites, I can really look forward to enjoying our holiday with piece of mind 👍
