Rug and slippers were exactly as shown in pictures. Bright colors and the fluffiest material.

The customer service is great - super quick replies and cooperative answers. But it should be stated in their FAQ that "they cannot offer prepaid labels to countries outside of the UK". At the moment the FAQ states "Please contact us regarding your return. A lot of items will benefit from pre-paid returns."

Really love one of my purchases, and where I had to return the other, that process has been seamless.

Absolutely love my new lampshade! It was delivered much quicker than I thought it would. Website was straightforward and communication about shipping was excellent. My lamp shade is unique I haven’t seen anything like it before I love it. Would definitely use house of Bloc again

I contacted Adam and Emilie for an exchange of a bathroom mat . Essentially we would like the bigger size . They were very quick to respond to both my initial order and my most recent email and have kindly offered to exchange for the bigger size. Very pleased with excellent service.

The plushy pumpkin (45cm) I ordered finally arrived and it’s a juicy gorgeous beauty!!! I’m thrilled with it. The journey to getting it was a bit bumpy with a series of false starts, mini pumpkin mayhem beauty gifts as an apology too.
I’m totally thrilled with the outcome, but be sure to chase up clearly and regularly - and I’m sure the admin process will develop and flow too.

My big pumpkin arrived after many weeks, but I did have the array of others well before Halloween - leave plenty of time and it will be worth it!

The visuals are great, selling great artists work

When the wall clock arrived, it was a disappointment. The inner coloured part looks like it’s been printed on a home printer.

My purchase was dispatched quickly and was well packaged. Customer service was excellent when I emailed asking for a VAT receipt, they replied immediately and were friendly and polite.
